LightSquared News A private corporation LightSquared has recently applied for a waiver from the FCC to build
40000 broadband wireless internet towers across the country to provide wireless internet The
frequency being used by these towers is immediately next to the GPS signals that we need for
precise measurements and tests have shown that widespread interference has been caused by
the LightSquared project on GPS signals for many other industries and governmental uses of

LightSquared News A private corporation LightSquared has recently applied for a waiver from the FCC to build
40000 broadband wireless internet towers across the country to provide wireless internet The
frequency being used by these towers is immediately next to the GPS signals that we need for
precise measurements and tests have shown that widespread interference has been caused by
the LightSquared project on GPS signals for many other industries and governmental uses of
