EXPERIENCE OUR LEGENDARY FRIDAY TAPAS BRUNCH AT NINE7ONE Guests are invited to sample dishes from all over the world, from the popular Japanese snack Takoyaki, handmade dim sum, freshly prepared sushi and sashimi, fresh oysters, classic tapas dishes such as calamari con chorizo to roasted meats, pizza baked in the restaurant’s open ovens and a Saaj station. Unique delicacies include special creations such as a lemon soda sphere on caramel ‘soil’, strawberry pesto cider gazpacho or the famous ‘Puffing Passion’. Guests are also invited to join the chefs in creating selected dishes for a truly interactive experience. For those with a sweet tooth, the chocolate fountain offers a choice of free-flowing milk or white chocolate, accompanied by homemade marshmallows and fresh fruit skewers. Families are welcome at the Tapas Brunch, with a supervised children’s entertainment area, cookie-making classes, face painting, balloon artist and a special selection of Friday treats on the buffet.

SHISHA IN THE COURTYARDRelax and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of The Courtyard next to Nine7One on Level 1. Catch up with friends as you enjoy your favourite shisha or sample the delights of this traditional Middle Eastern ritual as part of your Dubai experience. Choose from 37 tempting varieties of shisha including traditional tastes such as apple and grape or unique flavours with a twist such as chocolate and mint, café latte, cardamom or guava. A wide selection of beverages and delicious snacks are available in The Courtyard, including cold and hot mezze and mixed grills.

Chef de Cuisine Saneesh Varghese invites you to embark on a gastronomic journey through 28 states and 4,700 miles of Indian coastline at Ananta, The Oberoi, Dubai’s signature restaurant. Ananta offers the richness of Indian cuisine through traditional recipes and authentic ingredients flown in from India each week.

The Business Centre, located on the 26th floor of the hotel, offers nine meeting rooms with a variety of seating capacities including the Executive Boardroom with a private terrace overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms offer an abundance of natural light as well as stunning views.
