Be ready for the job-hunt

Remove photo-tags from bodytequila in the Friday-bar, or your trip to Patong Beach in Thailand.

Update your CV, and distribute it widely. Share whats worth to share on Github, Slideshare eg. Make a good profilephoto for social medias, and

applications. Spend some money on a good photograph if needed.

Surf their website• Read about their goals, vision and products. Remember to

prepare some good questions in advance

And most important – why do you want the job, and why should they hire you. Practice with a friend, or the mirror!

• It usually starts with small-talk about the weather, or yesterdays soccer-match.• This is important, use it as a oppertunity to create a good

atmosphere.• Let the interviewer decide whren to start the ”real” job-

BATNA- Best Alternative To Negotiated AgreementIf you cannot aggree on the salary, what are your alternatives. Do you have another job that you can choose. And what is the opponents BATNA, do they have another candidate as good as you?.

You will not recieve more than 90% of your salary (last 3-months) in dagpenge.This equals kr. 20.960,-
