Keep the device in horizontal or vertical installation condition. Installing it in stable sites, avoid downfall. Please don’t place other devices on the DVR. Install DVR in well-ventilated sites, avoid blocking the vents. Use it under rated input and output range. Please don’t disassemble the DVR at will.

Installation 1.1 Open Package Check First, please check whether any visible damage to the package appearance. The protective materials used for the package of the DVR can protect most accidental clashes during transportation. Then, checking if all accessories are equipped. 1.2 Back Panel Instructions

Basic Operation 2.1 Power ON After correct installation and power on, the power indicator will be lighted, DVR automatic power on. Buzzer will make beep sound after

starting up, enter into multi-picture monitoring status, you can make operations and configuration now. DVR will start recording if within set

record time.

2.2 Power OFF Method 1: Enter shut down interface [Main menu] > [Shutdown] > [Shutdown]，select [Shutdown] Method 2: Long press [POWER/SCREEN] on the front panel

2.3 ON/OFF Screen 1. Short press [POWER/SCREEN] on the front panel or press [SCR] of remote control to turn on/off the screen.

2.4 Network Access 2.4.1 Network Setting [MAIN MENU] > [CONFIGURATION] > [NETWORK]，enter setting interface.

Cautions: if DHCP server exist in the network, please select ”automatic obtain IP address” it’ll be

advised. Otherwise, users can configure “IP, subnet mask, Gateway and DNS according to the need.

[ network card ] users can select it according to your own requirements.

[ IP address ] To set IP address, default IP address:192.168.1.88.

[subnet mask] To set subnet mask of device. default subnet mask:255.255.255.0.

[default gateway] to set default gateway of device, default gateway:192.168.1.1. Network configuration interface

[DNS configuration] DNS, analyze domain name to IP address, the address is provided by your local

network operators.

2.4.2 Browser Access Please make sure that the DVR is connected to the network correctly first.

Open Internet Explorer browser, entering the IP address and port number of the digital video recorder. For Example: DVR IP:192.168.1.88,

then input: http://192.168.1.88 into the address bar.

Note: Internet Explorer will automatically download the Plug-in if accessing DVR for the first time, please allow installation or install it

manually. (Details please refer to《IE plug-in installation guide》.

2.4.3 Client Access Client login

Install the client software on PC, double click [ IMS200.exe], open network surveillance login dialog, enter” user name” and” password” (note: default“ user name” and “password” : ”super”, please change it promptly after logging)

Add device Client software login interface

Click [ Setting ] > [ Admin config ] in the right side of software toolbar, add, edit, delete, search device by pop-up device editor. after adding device name, device port,

IP address, user name, password, click [ save ] to close the device management interface.

Start device

Double click the device name in device list, pop-up all the channels of it, then [double click] the selected channel to display video in preview zone. If need to display all

channels, drag the device name to preview zone directly.

2.5 Login in You’ve to login in DVR first before operation and DVR system will offer relative functions according to

user permissions.

Instructions: preset user: admin, and it’s default administrator, password: 123456.

It’s possible to change password, but can’t change the user rights. The administrator can add, delete or configure user parameters.

Login in interface Password protection: continuous input 3 times wrong passwords, there’ll be alert tips. Continuous input 5 times wrong passwords, account

will be locked. system reboot or unlock after 30 minutes. For the sake of security, please change “username” and “password” in [user

management] timely after reboot.

2.6 Preview After normal logging, it’ll enter multi-picture preview status, date ,time, channel name, record and alarm status are displayed under the

condition of preview

2.7 Playback Right click mouse [menu] > [Search]，enter playback interface.

Caution: the HDD for storing recording files must be set to Read Only or Read-Write, to make sure the normal playback

128 video records shows in searching list choose file and press enter or double click mouse to

view record.

File type: R—normal record, A—alarm record; M—motion detection record.

10 Channel Choose the channel to playback.

Installatie 1.1 Open Verpakkings Controle Ten eerste, controleer op zichtbare schade. 1.3 Connection Diagram

Basis instellingen 2.1 Power ON Na correcte installatie en inschakeling , zal de power indicator worden verlicht, DVR zal automatisch worden ingeschakeld. Bij het opstarten hoort u een pieptoon,

Multi-picture monitoring status treedt in. U kunt nu beginnen met het configureren van uw DVR systeem. DVR zal beginnen met opnemen indien het binnen de

ingestelde recordtijd is.

2.2 Power OFF Methode 1: Voer uitgeschakeld-interface 【MAIN MENU】> 【Shutdown】> 【Shutdown】, selecteer 【shutdown】

Methode 2: Druk lang op 【POWER / SCREEN】 op het voorpaneel

2.3 ON/OFF Screen 1：Druk kort op de toets【POWER/SCREEN】 op het frontpaneel of druk【SCR】op de afstandsbediening om aan / uit te schakelen op het scherm.

2.4 Netwerktoegang 2.4.1 Netwerkinstelling 【MAIN MENU】> 【CONFIGURATION】> 【NETWERK】, betreedt het instellen interface.

Waarschuwingen: als DHCP-server in het netwerk bestaat, selecteert u "automatisch verkrijgen IP-adres" wat geadviseerd wordt. Anders kunnen gebruikers

configureren "IP, subnet mask, Gateway en DNS.

【NETWORK CARD】 gebruikers kunnen selecteren op basis van uw eigen wensen.

【IP adres】Om het IP adres in te stellen, default IP address: 192.168.1.88.

【Subnet mask】 Om subnet mask van het apparaat in te stellen. default subnet mask: 255.255.255.0.

【DNS configuratie】 DNS, analyseren domeinnaam naar IP-adres, het adres is voorzien door lokale operators in uw netwerk.

2.4.2 Browser Toegang Zorg ervoor dat de DVR eerst correct is aangesloten op het netwerk.

Open Internet Explorer browser, het invoeren van het IP-adres en poortnummer van de digitale video recorder. Bijvoorbeeld: DVR IP: 192.168.1.88, voer: http:

//192.168.1.88 in de adresbalk.

Opmerking: Internet Explorer zal de Plug-in automatisch downloaden als de toegang tot de DVR voor de eerste keer in stand wordt gebracht. Graag de installatie

toestaan of installeer deze handmatig. (Details vindt u op《Internet Explorer plug-in installation guide》.

2.4.3 Client Access Client login Installeer de client software op de PC, dubbelklik 【 IMS200.exe】, open netwerk dialoog surveillance login, voer "gebruikersnaam" en "paswoord" (opmerking: default "gebruikersnaam" en "paswoord": "super", deze kunt u wijzigen direct na

inloggen)

Toevoegen apparaat Client software login-interface

Klik 【SETTING】> 【Admin config】 in de rechterkant van software toolbar, toevoegen, bewerken, verwijderen, zoek apparaat door pop-up apparaat editor. Na het

toevoegen van de naam van het apparaat, de apparaat poort, IP-adres, gebruikersnaam, wachtwoord, klikt u 【save】 om het apparaat management interface te

sluiten.

2.5 Inloggen U dient zich eerst in te loggen voordat u het systeem kunt configureren. Afhankelijk van de gebruiksrechten kunt u functies in en

uitschakelen. Voor ingestelde gebruiker: admin, en de standaard beheerder, paswoord: 123456. Het is mogelijk om het

paswoord te veranderen, de gebruikersrechten kunnen niet veranderd worden.

Inloggen in interface

Wachtwoordbeveiliging: er komt een melding wanneer 3 maal de verkeerde wachtwoord wordt ingegeven. De account zal worden vergrendeld wanneer 5

maal de verkeerde wachtwoord wordt ingegeven. Het systeem zal worden ontgrendeld na 30 minuten. U kunt het systeem ook opnieuw opstarten. Omwille

van de veiligheid wordt u aangeraden om de “gebruikersnaam” en “wachtwoord” in【gebruikersbeheer】te veranderen vlak na het opnieuw opstarten.

2.6 Voorbeeld Na het gebruikelijke inloggen zal het in de Multi-picture modus komen met vertoning van datum, tijd, kanaal- naam, record en alarm status wat wordt weergegeven

onder de voorwaarde van voorvertoning.

1 Calendar Klik op de kalender icoon om het record lijst te tonen (alleen de data met groene

achtergrond, take-records.) en klik vervolgens op een specifieke datum om het record op te roepen.

De lijst zal automatisch worden opgewaardeerd.

2 Time Selecteer de opname start en eindtijd.

3 Play Playback control: stop / play, pauze, snel, langzaam, vorige / volgende frame in pauze.

4 Recoding mode Kies gezochte opnamemodus, waaronder volledige, buiten alarm, beweeg detectie, geheel alarm

opname.

5 Channel Kies gezochte kanaal

6 Play Kies ervoor om het vorige of volgende bestand af te spelen; kiezen om de vorige of volgende kanaal

spelen.

7 Search Kies de starttijd, kanaal, en klik op 'Zoeken' om de resultaten in de lijst weer te geven.

8 Backup Klik op “ ”om het back-up bestand in het dossier keuzelijst te kiezen, klik op de terug knop，

om back-upbestand te annuleren ---klik“√”van back-up menu “√”.

9 Record List

128 video-opnamen worden getoond in het zoeken lijst, kies bestand en druk op Enter of dubbelklik

muis om dossier te bekijken.

Bestand type: R-normale record, A-alarm opnemen; M-bewegingsdetectie record.

10 Channel Kies het kanaal om af te spelen.

Start het apparaat

Dubbelklik op de naam van het apparaat in de lijst met apparaten, alle kanalen verschijnen, dan 【dubbel klik】om het geselecteerde kanaal in de preview-zone weer te

geven. Indien het nodig is om alle zenders weer te geven, sleept u de naam van het apparaat naar de preview zone om een voorbeeld van het gebied rechtstreeks te

vertonen.

MANUAL 1 - OPERATING PRECAUTIONS • Do not install the video surveillance kit in locations with extreme humidity and/or temperatures, or where there is a risk the equipment might rust or be exposed to dust. Do not install the video surveillance kit in cold locations or locations subject to large temperature fluctuations. • The cameras must not be exposed to direct sunlight. Preferred locations are porches or covered areas. • The cameras must not be installed in locations where the lens filter might be vulnerable to scratching or dirt. • Never obstruct the monitor's ventilation holes. • Do not daisy chain extension cords and/or multi-socket adapters. • Do not install near acidic chemicals, ammonia or sources of toxic gasses. • Do not install in explosive environments or near volatile or inflammable products. • Never put objects containing water on top of the device. • Never cover the device. • The video surveillance kit monitor and mains adapter must only be used indoors. • Make sure that the device and power supply are well ventilated. • Do not place the device or cameras near magnetic sources. 2 - MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING • Always unplug the products from the mains before carrying out any maintenance. • Never use abrasive or corrosive substances to clean the product. • Use a soft, clean cloth or special LCD screen wipes. • Never spray anything onto the product as it may damage the internal workings. 3 – RECYCLING Disposing of used batteries in the household waste is strictly forbidden. Batteries/accumulators containing harmful substances are marked with symbols (shown opposite) which indicate that it is forbidden to discard them in the household waste. The corresponding heavy metal designations are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You can dispose of these batteries/accumulators at local recycling amenities (centres for sorting recyclable materials) which are required to accept them. Keep batteries/button cells/accumulators out of reach of children and store them in a safe place not accessible to them as they could be swallowed by children or domestic animals. May be fatal if swallowed. In the event that a battery is swallowed, consult a doctor or go to A&E immediately. Never short-circuit the batteries, and do not burn or recharge them. as there is a danger they might explode.

This logo denotes that devices which are no longer used must not be disposed of as household waste. as they are likely to contain hazardous substances which are dangerous to health and the environment. Take these devices back to your dealer or use your council's selective recycling facilities.

2 - Installing the cameras • The cameras can be fitted either to a wall or the ceiling. • Undo the 2 camera screws to angle them as required. Tighten them again when you are happy with the adjustment. • Mount the cameras using screws and wall plugs that are appropriate to the type of bracket (the screws and wall plugs provided are suitable for solid walls). • Ensure the cameras are properly secured to prevent them from falling.

RECORD BACKUP Connect an External USB device with the USB port to back up in the “Record Backup” menu.

REMOTE OPERATION (NETWORK) You can access all your video surveillance kit's channels remotely over the internet using any of the following methods: • a computer connected to the internet (no additional software required, just a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer) • an Android smartphone or tablet connected to the Internet • an iPhone, iPod or iPad 1 - START-UP Your video surveillance kit needs to be connected to the internet via network cable (through a modem/router, router or modem). ALARM CONFIGURATIE Instellen van traditionele alarm gebeurtenissen waaronder bewegingsdetectie, signaalonderbreking, camera sabotage en externe alarmen. [main menu]-[management configuration]-[alarm configuration] Instellen van de alarmconfiguratie. Video detectie

[Channel] Selecteer een kanaal. [Alarm type] Selecteer een alarm type “motion detection” “video loss” en “video blind”.

[Motion detection] Detecteert bewegingen en stuurt alarm overeenkomstig met de instellingen. [Video loss] Detecteert videosignaal onderbreking en stuurt alarm overeenkomstig de instelling. [Video blind] Detecteert bedekking van camera en stuurt alarm overeenkomstig de instelling.

[Enable] Selecteer voor inschakelen van alarm. [Sensitivity] Gevoeligheid instelling: hoogste, hoog, midden, laag, lager, laagst. [Set area] Er zijn in totaal 22*18 = 396 gebieden die kunnen worden ingesteld voor bewegingsdetectie. [Process] Instellen van de alarm tijden, koppeling en de behandeling methode.

[Set linkage] Instellen van alarm koppelingen. [Preview] Voorvertoning van de huidige instellingen. [Copy] Kopieer de instelling naar de andere kanalen.

 

 

INSTELLINGEN ONGEWENSTE GEBEURTENISSEN Instellingen voor gebeurtenissen die ongewenst kunnen voordoen. [main menu]-[system configuration]-[abnormal configuration] Voer de configuratie in zoals hieronder wordt weergegeven:

[Exception type] [No Disk] Alarm indien HDD niet aanwezig is of niet gedetecteerd word. [Disk low Space] Alarm indien harde schijf te weinig opslag capaciteit heeft. [Network Failure] Alarm wanneer geen netwerkverbinding is gedetecteerd. [IP Conflict] Alarm indien conflict met IP-address. [Disk Error] Alarm indien foutmelding met lezen of opslaan harde schijf.

Process [Alarm Output]、[linkage record]、[snapshot]、[Send Email]、[show message]、[Send to network drive]、[buzzer] Selecteer keuzen van opvolgproces alarmmelding.

ZOEKEN In live monitoring scherm, klik op rechtermuisknop en selecteer [Search].

7 Tijd balk Toont de tijdstatus van de video-opname kanalen binnen één dag door groen, rood, geel.

8 Kies een tijd Zoek een opname op starttijd. 9 Kanaalnummer Selecteer kanaal nummer.

10 Opnamelijst 128 video opname worden weergegeven in een de lijst. Type: R-normale opname, A-alarm opname, M-Bewegingsdetectie opname.

11 Bestandsdetails Weergave van start tijd, eind tijd en bestandsgrote. 12 Backup Kies een kanaal waar de opname wordt afgespeeld.

BACKUP OPNAMES Sluit een extern USB-geheugenapparaat aan op de USB-poort en ga naar menu "Record Backup".

[Detect] Indentificeert externe USB apparaat en toont de gegevens. [Backup] Selecteer het externe USB apparaat en klik op [Backup].

[Cancel] Verwijderd alle data in extern USB apparaat. Backup bediening Sluit een extern USB-apparaat aan op de USB-poort, klik op [Detect] om externe USB-apparaat te identificeren, klik op [Backup] om de back-up menu te openen, selecteert de opname start-stop tijd en klik op het bestand om toe te voegen aan de lijst, klik op [Start] om back-up terug te zetten.

Opmerking: Deze operatie kan leiden tot permanent verlies van gegevens.

Opmerking：Instellingen zijn afhankelijk van type apparatuur en software versie.

[Bit Rate Control] Snelheidsoverdracht en beeldkwaliteit instellingen in 6 klasse; de laagste, lager, laag, middelste niveau, hoger, hoogst.

[System Time] Instellen van systeemtijd

[Daylight Saving Time (DST)] Selecteer zomertijd en klik op “Set” om lokale instellingen in te voeren. [Date Format] Instellen van datum notatie. [Date Separator] Selecteer datum notatie. [Time Format] Instellen van tijdnotatie 24 of 12uur. [Time Zone] Instellen van tijdzone. [Language] Instellen van taalkeuze. [Auto Logout] Instellen van stand-by tijd, waarde 0 tot 60 minuten. 0 betekent geen stand-by, indien tijd is ingesteld zal het systeem automatisch uitloggen en waarna de gebruiker zich opnieuw moet aan te melden. [DVR No.] Instellen van DVR nummer, deze functie is alleen toepasbaar bij meerdere apparaten. Deze naam zal worden getoond in alarmmeldingen.

Note: Formatteren van HDD zal resulteren dat alle opgeslagen video-data verloren gaan!

ACCOUNT

[Add User] Toevoegen van gebruikers binnen een groep. [Modify User] Aanpassen bevoegdheden van gebruikers. [Add Group] Toevoegen van groep, instellingen en bevoegdheden. Enter into the menu interface of Increase the group, determine the group name, select 83 access control, left click mouse button to confirm, save the new user group. [Modify Group] Aanpassen bevoegdheden binnen een groep. [Modify Password] Aanpassen van wachtwoord per gebruiker. Selecteer de gebruiker, voer het oude wachtwoord in en vervolgens het nieuwe wachtwoord. Klik op [confirm] om wachtwoord te bevestigen. Het wachtwoord kan bestaan uit 1 t/m 6 letters of cijfers.

NETWERK Het menu bevat diverse netwerkinstellingen en basisinstellingen voor uw netwerkomgeving. Hieronder worden de basis instellen vertoond, deze kunnen per gebruiker verschillen. Standaard IP-adres is 192.168.1.88. Basical

Opmerking: Alleen HDD verwijderen indien DVR volledig is uitgeschakeld.

GEBRUIK Opmerking: In dit hoofdstuk moet u videobewakingskit ingesteld en geconfigureerd zijn. Indien dit niet het geval is, raadpleegt u de vorige hoofdstukken (configuratie van uw systeem). Functies van de videobewakingskit • De opnames kunnen continu zijn of gestart worden bij bewegingsdetectie binnen het veld van een van de camera's, via uur programmatie of manuele start. • De zone voor bewegingsdetectie voor het starten van een opname kan beperkt worden tot een deel van het scherm (grootte en positie op het scherm zijn instelbaar). • Actuele opname en videocompressie. Videocompressie H.264 en audio ADPCM. • Mogelijkheid tot digitale zoom op een deel van het scherm. • Functie automatische recuperatie als gevolg van een stroomonderbreking of signaalverlies van een van de camera's. • Configuratie met behulp van de meegeleverde muis, een computer in een lokaal netwerk of via Internet, of een geleverde afstandsbediening. • Mogelijkheid om op afstand, vanaf een computer, een smartphone of het internet te bewaken, draaien en visualiseren. • Mogelijkheid om via email waarschuwingen te sturen na een activatie. • Opslaan van opnames is mogelijk op een externe USB-stick, een HDD of het overbrengen van gegevens via Ethernet. • Eenvoudige toegang van op afstand via internet, zonder ingewikkelde configuratie. Functies mogelijk voor computer, smartphone of tablet (iOS, Androïd). GEBRUIK OP AFSTAND (NETWERK) U heeft toegang tot alle kanalen van uw videobewakingskit op afstand via internet, of naar keuze door middel van: • een computer verbonden het internet (geen speciale software, een eenvoudige internet browser zoals Chrome, Safari, Firefox of Internet Explorer volstaat) • een tablet of smartphone, verbonden met het internet. 1 – GEBRUIK Uw videobewakingskit moet met het internet verbonden zijn (router of modem) met behulp van een netwerkkabel. Ga in het menu van uw videobewakingskit met behulp van de mens en ga vanuit het hoofdmenu naar het menu (CONFIGURATIE / NETWERK). Klik op de Tab P2P: 2 - RAADPLEGING OP AFSTAND MET BEHULP VAN EEN COMPUTER

Om van op afstand toegang te krijgen tot uw camera's, gaat u naar de website http://www.vssweb.net/?locale=en_US Afhankelijk van uw materiaal en uw web browser, kan het nodig zijn een extra module te installeren: Aanvaard dit indien het gevraagd wordt. Opmerking: Als uw browser de verbinding of installatie van de nodige module weigert, neem dan contact op met uw netwerkbeheerder of gebruik debrowsers Firefox of Chrome. Zodra u uw login en wachtwoord ingevoerd heeft, Enable (Inschakelen): Moet ingesteld zijn verschijnt de hoofdpagina: op OPEN Account hergebruiken: Moet aangevinkt zijn om de verbinding van meerdere gebruikers op afstand toe te staan. Identifiant (Login): voer hier uw Device ID in (Wachtwoord): voer hier het wachtwoord in dat u in de configuratie van uw videobewakingskit heeft ingevoerd Verbindingsknop « Device login » (Toestel login) moet geselecteerd zijn. 1 3 - RAADPLEGING OP AFSTAND MET BEHULP VAN EEN SMARTPHONE OF TABLET

Een vereenvoudigde versie van de interface is beschikbaar in de appstore van Google Play. Installeer de applicatie VSS Mobile op uw smartphone of tablet: Klik op de knop «add device» (toestel toevoegen) om het invoeren van de login en het wachtwoord van uw videobewakingskit weer te geven: Zodra u gevalideerd heeft, klikt u op de naam van uw apparaat om de lijst met camera's te tonen: Klik vervolgens op de gewenste camera om de weergave te starten: U kunt tot 4 extra schermen gelijktijdig tonen. Toch is een goede internetverbinding vereist om aanvaardbare kwaliteit en vloeiendheid te bewaren wanneer 4

camera’s gelijktijdig weergegeven worden. Huidig geselecteerd venster Lijst van uw camera's op uw videobewakingskit. Klik op een van deze punten om de weergave van de overeenkomstige camera te starten in het huidig geselecteerde venster. Klik op «Master stream» om het geheel van uw camera's in de volgorde van uw videobewakingskit te tonen (of onderbreken). Selecteer hier een andere schermindeling indien u dit wenst Naam van uw apparaat (naar keuze) Selecteer P2P Als u vlak bij uw videobewakingskit bent, kunt u hier klikken om de QRcode van uw videobewakingskit te laten flitsen in plaats van uw login en wachtwoord in te voeren. Identifiant (Login): voer hier uw Device ID in Wachtwoord: voer hier het wachtwoord in dat u in de configuratie van uw videobewakingskit heeft ingevoerd. Technische en wettelijke informatie

Om toegang te krijgen tot de configuratie van waarschuwingen via email, gaat u naar het hoofdmenu van uw videobewakingskit naar het menu (Netwerk) en vervolgens de tab (geavanceerd). Bijvoorbeeld: videosurveillance-home@gmail.com (het adres moet vooraf aangemaakt worden). • Wachtwoord: verbindingswachtwoord voor de verzend e-mailaccount (hier videosurveillance@gmail.com) • Van: is de naam van de verzender van de email die u in geval van waarschuwing zult ontvangen. • Titel: Het onderwerp van de email die bij een waarschuwing verzonden wordt. • Ontvanger: u kunt tot 3 ontvang email adressen invullen (de berichtenserver is niet erg belangrijk) • Interval gebeurtenis: duur tussen opeenvolgende zendingen. Hiermee kunt u een duur tussen twee opeenvolgende waarschuwingen bepalen. • SSL activeren: is afhankelijk van de verzend e-mail provider (videosurveillance@gmail.com in ons voorbeeld). • Test: hiermee kunt u de ingevoerde configuratie testen.
