Inline with India 2.0 Strategy, Skoda Auto India has decided to “ Go Digital ” & develop the digital tools for the Dealer Partners as well as Skoda Auto India.

The “ ŠKODA Certified Pre-Owned ” program currently consists of mainly three Digital Tools.

1. Dealer Management System

2. Vehicle Evaluation Mobile App

The objectives of putting in place the said Digital Tools are to enable the Dealer Partners to –

1. Do the daily Lead and Inventory Management at a click of a button.

2. Track the Leads, Vehicle Statuses and update the same for the future reference.

3. Have centralized database storage in a structured, electronic & secured form, which will be easily accessible at any time.

4. Enable download reports in the standard formats for the daily, weekly, monthly business analysis.

5. Do the Pre-Owned Car’s Evaluations digitally ( paperless ), there by improving the accuracy, reducing the duplicity of work & thus making a best presentation of

professionalism in work, in front of the customers.

6. Get rid of Excel sheets.

Credentials -

User Id -The User Id for the following profiles are created by Skoda Auto India in the initial phase and shared with all the Dealer Partners.

1. DP Id - For the use by the Dealer Principal only.2. Dealer Id - For the use mainly by SCP Manager.

Password -To be created by the Dealer Partners on their own, upon the receipt of the User Id, by using the “ Forgot password ” function.

1. On Android phone - open the “ Google Play Store ” OR on iPhone – open the “ App Store ”.2. Type the Mobile App name as – “ SCP Autoinspekt ”3. Select the appropriate application from the list that appears.4. Click on “ Install ”.5. Post the completion of Installation, click on “ Open ”.

SCP Autoinspekt Mobile App >> Continued ….!6. Click on “ Allow ” all the time it appears to give the necessary permissions.7. Type the User Id and Password.8. Click on “ Log In ”.9. The first page with three options as visible will appear

Note – The mobile app thus logged-In remains in Logged-In condition even if it isclosed. Means when the Evaluation Consultant opens the mobile App next time, hefinds the app in Logged-In condition only. The app can only get Logged-Out, byclicking on the Log-Out button on shown in the images. The Log-Out button isprovided on the top right hand side of the screen. Refer point no 10.

Creating user credentials

Getting Access

For SCP DMSFor accessing the SCP DMS, the User Id will be shared by Skoda Auto, where as thePassword needs to be created by the dealership.

The following method is to be used, to generate a new password.

After opening the home page of SCP DMS.1. Enter the User Id, as given by Skoda Auto.2. Do not enter anything in the Password field. Keep it blank.3. Click on the “ Forgot Password ? ” link.4. Enter the official email id of the dealership, which is recorded for the Password

resetting. ( Get to know the same from Skoda Auto )5. Click on “ Forgot Password ? ”

An Automated E-mail goes to the E-mail id entered above.Request the user of the said e-mail id to open the email and complete the process asmentioned in the e-mail for the password resetting.

Post resetting the password, enter the same and Log-In into the system.

Creating user credentials

Getting Access

For SCP AutoinspektFor accessing the SCP Autoinspekt by the Evaluation Consultant, as done for the SCPDMS as well, the User Id will be provided by Skoda Auto.However, the Password needs to be created by the dealership.

Following are the steps for the same.1. Post Log-In the SCP DMS, click on the “ User Management ” in the Left Hand Side

menu.2. The list of accounts already created will be visible in the table on Right Hand Side

of the page.3. However, for creating a new account, the user, needs to click on the “ + Add ”

button.4. The following form appears on the screen.5. Fill all the details, as per all the fields. ( The fields marked with red asterisk are

mandatory to be filled ).6. Select “ Valuator ” in case of “ User Type ”.7. In the place of Emp ID / Dealer Code, get the same known from Skoda Auto.8. Overwrite the Password, which is visible in the asterisks.9. Click “ Submit ”.The account for Evaluation Consultant is now created.

Post singing-in, the system takes the user to the home page, where it shows anavigation menu on the LHS and a the data in the form of small tables, charts (Dashboard ) on the RHS.The navigation menu visible on the LHS, shows the different options / links whichfurther helps the user to –

The schematic diagram on left hand side shows the flow of data from one section toanother section. Please follow the lines on right hand side in the direction of arrows.

With the help of this diagram, one can easily find out the stage at which a particularcar is, and can take it forward to the next stage.

In the subsequent chapters, the function of each section is thoroughly explained.

Note - The following links doesn’t have any functionalities and hence just stores (shows ) the vehicles which are taken into Possession. However, the vehicles fromthese links moves out when the next step is executed.

1. Timeline SelectionOnce the DMS is signed in, the system by default takes the user to the “ Dashboard ” which shows the different used car related reports.

Note –1. The reports can be viewed for the following timelines –

A. Current Month - From the 1st day of the current month to till dateB. Quarter 1 - From 1st January to 31st MarchC. Quarter 2 - From 1st April to 30th JuneD. Quarter 3 - From 1st July to 30th SeptemberE. Quarter 4 - From 1st October to 31st DecemberF. All details - From the inception of the DMS to till date.

Average Refurbishment Cost

Shows the average refurbishment cost incurred by the dealership during a particular timeline.This is a subset of Vehicles taken into Possession , i.e. out of the Vehicles bought in a particular timeline.The number of vehicle refurbished for a particular timeline is traced from the Job Card and Repair Invoice Dates, where as the amountspent on the Refurbishment is traced through the amount entered by the dealership.Further split up between Skoda and Non Skoda is also available.

EvaluationShows the Evaluations done from the Trade-In Enquiries uploaded during the same timeline.Further split up between Skoda and Non Skoda is available.

Pre-Owned Car SalesShows the gross margin earned by the dealership during a particular timeline.This is standalone number and hence not the subset of the Trade-In Enq, Conversions etc for the particular timeline.Further split up between Skoda and Non Skoda is available.

Post KPI panel, following other reports in donut charts are visible in the 2nd row.

In the 3rd row of the Dashboard, the stock report is visible with different statuses as shown below.

Parameter Description

Refurbishment Shows the numbers of vehicles where the refurbishment is completed.

Offload Stock Numbers of cars in stock, decided to be sold to the private brokers / used car dealers.

Ready for SaleNumbers of cars in stock, which are ready for sales ( this includes the cars sellable to brokers / used car dealers and end customers )

Total Stock Total number of cars in stock of the dealership currently, i.e. the sum above three parameters.

The Daily Status Report allows the user to view status wise count of Trade-In Leadsand Sales Enquiries with the break up of Skoda and Non Skoda cars.

a. Select the dates in the date calendar to select a particular timeline.

b. Click on “ Submit ” to run the report.

In the Evaluations report, all the Evaluations carried out by the dealership appears.

Upon opening the page for the first time, the entire data i.e. right from the start ofthe system is visible. However, the user can further filter the data for a particulartimeline, by selecting the dates above. For this -

a. Select the dates in the date calendar to select a particular timeline.

b. Click on “ Submit ” to run the report.

c. The report can be further downloaded in excel ( CSV format ) by licking on the “Download CSV ” button.

The dump report is to be considered as a main report, as it gives the entire data rightfrom the “ Trade-In ” enquiry to the Vehicle Delivery, i.e. the status of a Trade-Inenquiry created in the system, from just an enquiry status to Evaluation, Buying DealClosing, Vehicle Possession, Refurbishment – as applicable, Sales Contracting &Delivery.

It can be downloaded in an excel format, which carries 66 columns in total, as shownbelow.

Reports

The SCP DMS has been provided with a tool to check the selling prices of cars, whichdealers can refer while deciding the Buying as well as Selling prices during a deal.

The prices can be check for the following 4 category of cars.

1. Trade-In 2. Private 3. Retail 4. CPO

1. Trade-In

This option shows the buying price of a car, if it is being bought in Trade-In

2. Private

This option shows the selling price of a car, if it is being sold by one end user to theanother end user.

3. Retail

This option shows the selling price of a car, if it is being sold ( retailed ) by thedealership as a “ Non-Certified Car ” to an end user.

4. CPO

This option shows the selling price of a car, if it is being sold ( retailed ) by thedealership as a “ Certified Car ” to an end user.

To get the report, refer the following steps.

1. Click on the “ Check IBB Price ” sub-section, in “ Tools ” main section.

( A form as shown in the left side image will appear )

2. Fill the form by selecting the relevant options in all the drop down lists.

3. Click on “ Submit ” button, a small report showing the following three differentprices will appear.

Search OptionThis helps in searching any particular lead based on the following parameters.1. Enquiry Source2. Registration No3. Customer Name4. Customer Mobile

Dates Option» This helps in selecting the From and To dates ( Date Range ) for the data to

be downloaded.» Select the From and To Dates in the respective fields and click on “ Submit

” button.» The data in the table will get filtered accordingly.

Column selection optionThis helps the user to remove or add the columns as desired out of the totalcolumns available in the data table below.1. Click down point arrow in the column selector.

A table showing the list of columns will appear.2. Click on the columns, which are not to be seen on the screen, or

downloaded.( Orange colored buttons means the said columns will neither appear onscreen nor get downloaded in the excel.

Evaluation Report view & Download OptionThere is a provision made to view and download the Evaluation done in the form of aReport, as shown in the image here.

This particular report is available, right from the Evaluations completed stage to theDelivered Vehicle stage.

To view the report at any stage,

1. Click on the scroll bar on the bottom, hold and move on the right hand side tillthe end. Two buttons in orange color “ View Report ” and “ Download Report ”will be visible.

2. Click on the View report, to only view the report. The report will be opened inpdf in different window, as shown.

3. Click on the Download report, to download the report directly.

Numbers of pages selection option» This helps the user in increasing the numbers of lines visible in the table / per

page, there by decreasing the numbers of pages.» There are four options of the lines to be selected >> 10 lines, 25 Lines 50 Lines

and 100 Lines.» This feature can be used particularly when the user wants to go through all the

entries faster, where he doesn’t need to change the pages frequently.

Scrolling through different pagesThis helps the user in changing the pages one after another.Either click on the page required, or click on “ Next ”

CSV download Option» This helps the user in downloading the visible data in Excel ( CSV ) Format.» Click on the “ CSV download ” button to download the data.» After downloading the file in CSV format, it is advisable to convert the same in

.xlsx format.

The provision of selecting the source of photograph will appear, as Camera and Gallery.

2. Select “ Camera ”.This will open the Camera.

3. Click the photograph and click on “ Ok ” on the screen.

Text Box Expansion optionThis feature allows the user to expand the respective drop box ( wherever thisfeature is provided ), so as to be able to type in more text or view / read the entiretext, already entered and if not visible completely due to small size of the textbox.To expand the text box, hover the cursor over the area highlighted in red circle,click, hold and pull the text box down and on right hand side.

The Enquiry Management option enable the user to -A. Upload New Trade-In Enquiry / Enquiries

This needs to be done in order to be able to assign the enquiry and thus get theenquiry in the Evaluation Consultant’s mobile app for the further Evaluation.

B. Assign the Un-assigned ( newly uploaded ) Trade-In EnquiryPost the creation of the Trade-in Enquiry, as mentioned above, the same needs tobe assigned to an Evaluation Consultant, so that the Trade-In Enquiry flows to theconcerned Evaluation Consultant’s mobile app, and he will be able to evaluate thecar by using the Vehicle Evaluation mobile application called – SCP Autoinspekt.

C. Re-assign already assigned Trade-In EnquiryThis facility can be used if a Trade-In Enquiry which is already assigned to oneEvaluation Consultant, and for some reason, thus needs to be now assigned tosome other Evaluation Consultant.Thus, an enquiry can be Re-assigned for unlimited numbers of times.

D. Reject a Trade-In EnquiryThe Trade-In Enquiries which can not be taken forward for the Evaluation, due tothe change in the vehicle selling decision by the customer, needs to be rejected,so as not to keep it open.

The Trade-In Enquiries thus rejected, moves to the “ Rejected ” sectionpermanently, and hence, can never be re-assigned. The user needs to create a newTrade-In enquiry with different mobile number of the customer.

In the main, Enquiry Management section, the following two options, are madeavailable for the same –1. Upload Enquiries2. Enquiry Status

B ) Uploading multiple Enquiries at a time.1. Click on the “ Enquiry Management Link ” in the left hand side menu.

The link opens up into two more sub-links.2. Click on “ Upload Enquiries ” link.

The “ Download Excel Format ” button in orange color on the RHS page will bevisible, along with “ + Add ” button.

3. Click on the said button.An Excel Format will open.

4. Save the format in one of the folder in safe place, for future use as well.5. Fill the format as per the fields provided.6. Click on “ Browse ” button visible below the “ Download Excel Format ” button.7. Select the Excel file saved earlier.8. Click on the “ Submit ” button.

Enquiry StatusAs mentioned earlier, the Enquiry Status sub-link enables the user to update thestatus in the following way.

1. Un-assigned Enquiry >> Assign2. Assigned Enquiry >> Re-assign3. Re-assigned Enquiry >> Re-assign ( n numbers of times )4. Reject the Enquiry5. Cancel the enquiry in each of the above category.

The un-assigned, Assigned, Re-Assigned & Rejected enquiries, thus can be selectedfrom the 4 tabs visible on the top.1. Assigned Leads –

Leads assigned once earlier to an Evaluation Consultants will be available here.Further options available >> Re-assign, Cancel

2. Re-assigned Leads –Leads re-assigned to a different Evaluation Consultants will be available here.Further options available >> Re-assign, Cancel.

4. Rejected Leads –Leads which are rejected before the Evaluation, due to no interest shown by thecustomer, are available here.Further options available >> There are no further functions available in theseleads. Hence the Leads remains in Rejected form only.

Note – Instead of “ Assign ” or “ Re-assign ” option, if the “ Cancel ” options areselected in each type of Leads, the Lead moves to the “ Rejected Leads ” section.

Assigning an Un-assigned Enquiry, i.e. assigning a lead first timeAfter clicking on the “ Enquiry Status ” in the main menu, the system by defaultsshows the “ Assigned ” enquiries in the table on the right hand side of the page.1. Note – If “ Cancel ” option is selected in any of the option, the lead gets rejectedpermanently and moves to “ Rejected Leads ” tabs. These Leads can never be Re-assigned and hence, the dealership needs to create a new Trade-In Enq.

Before starting the physical EvaluationBefore starting the physical Evaluation, the Evaluation Consultant should ensure the following things, in order to be able to do the Evaluation correctly and comfortably.

1. Vehicle parked on a open space with at least 4 meters space from all the sides.2. Vehicle parked on a level ground.3. Vehicle to be parked in direct sunlight, so as to be able to have a enough light while inspecting the car.4. Avoid doing the Evaluation in the basement of the building, as it can affect the mobile data network.


Role of a SCP Autoinspekt ( Vehicle Evaluation Mobile App )

Vehicle Evaluation

As explained earlier ( also shown in the chart here ), post Assigning or Re-assigningthe Trade-In Lead, the said Lead moves out of the SCP DMS and enters in the SCPAutoinspekt, where the concern Evaluation Consultant can do the physical Evaluationof the car.

Pre-requisitesBy this time the dealership should have created an account for all the EvaluationConsultants and the Evaluation Consultants should have downloaded the “ SCPAutoinspekt ” App in their mobile phones, further logged-In as well.

Note – The mobile app thus logged-in remains in logged-in condition even if it isclosed. Means when the Evaluation Consultant opens the mobile App next time, hefinds the app in logged-in condition only. The app can only get logged-out, when it isactually logged-out by using the log-out function.


Leads Categories

Once the Evaluation Consultant Logs-In the “ SCP Autoinspekt ” App, the pageshown on the Left Hand Side appears.

The page shows following three options -1. Assigned Leads

The Trade-In enquiries assigned in the SCP DMS ( as explained in the previouschapters ) shifts in this section, which can be further used for the physicalEvaluation of the vehicles.

Evaluations Consultants needs to use this section, to carry out the NewEvaluations.

2. Pending LeadsThe Evaluations which remains incomplete while in progress, due to the reasons,but not limited to, such as sudden data loss, discharge of battery etc, getsshifted to this section, which can be later, taken forward for completing theEvaluation.Thus the part of the Evaluation done so far, is stored and is not lost.

3. Evaluated LeadsThe Trade-In Leads which are Evaluated are shifted to this section for thefurther reference

However, these Evaluations remains here permanently.

Rescheduling the Evaluation

To reschedule theEvaluation, click on the “Reschedule ” button.

Select the new date, onwhich the Evaluation is to bedone. Then click “Ok” .Clicking on “ Cancel ” takesthe screen back to the mainAssigned Leads screen.

Select the time and timezone as “ AM / PM ”. Thenclick “Ok” . Clicking on “Cancel ” takes the screenback to the main AssignedLeads screen.

The message ofrescheduling of theEvaluation appears withDate and Time. Click “ Ok ”to go back to the mainAssigned Leads screen.

Post rescheduling of the Evaluation, the sequence of the Leads, in Assigned Leads page, changes according to the new scheduled time.

Enter the reason, whyyou want to cancel theEvaluation, based on thecustomers feedback.

Post the cancellation of the lead, the lead disappears from the Assigned Leads pagepermanently, is further no where available to access.

Post clicking on the “ Evaluation Now ” option, in the next page, two option appears on the screen.1. Basic 2. Premium.

Basic Evaluation –It is the Evaluation which is done without any technical inspection of the car. Hence only the customer and vehicle details are captured.

Premium Evaluation –It is the Evaluation which is done with the entire technical inspection of the car.

Note – The Basic evaluation doesn’t let the user move ahead for vehicle buying. Forfurther buying process, Premium Evaluation needs to be done.

3. Click on the “ Submit ” button visible below to save the selection.

If clicked on the “ Cancel ” button, the entire page dis appears and the selection

Completing the Incomplete Evaluations 1. To complete the incomplete Evaluation, click on the middle section on home

page, “ Pending Leads ”.

A list of all the pending Evaluations appears on the screen, showing the count of such leads on the top in orange strip.

Scroll down to the desired Evaluation, looking at the details visible on the screen.

2. Scroll down to the desired Lead and Click on the “ Complete Report ”.

A page where the Evaluation was last left, will appear, where it can be taken forward.

Viewing & Sharing the Completed Evaluations

There is also a provision made in the mobile app to view & share the Evaluation report.

This makes easy for the Evaluation Consultant to share the report with the Customer,New Car Sales Consultant etc.

1. Click and open the “ Evaluated Leads ” in the home page.2. The list of Completed Evaluations appears on the screen.3. The Evaluations list visible, consists of all the Evaluations i.e. Basic and Premium.

To filter the Evaluations as Basic or Premium, click on the respective buttonprovided on the top of the screen.Scroll down to the desired Evaluation, based on the information visible.

4. Click on the “ View Report ” button to view the report.5. Click on the “ Share Report ” button to share the report with anybody.6. Refer the various options visible to share the report.

Current Step Description –

Post physical Evaluation of car through mobile app in the previous stage, the vehicledetails flows back to the SCP DMS under the sub-section of Evaluations of mainsection Evaluations. There status is primarily by default labelled as “ Live ”.

Pre-requisites –

Physical deal closing of the car should happened with all the relevant documentalformalities completed.

Steps –

1. Click on “ Evaluations ” main section in the main menu.

2. Click on the “ Evaluations ” sub-section.

3. A page called “ Completed Evaluations ” showing the list of cars evaluated, buthas not been converted so far, will appear on the right hand side.

4. Scroll to the extreme right side, by clicking and holding the grey colored scrollbar.

5. Click on “ Update ” button under the column called “ Action ”.

Definitions : Evaluations Statuses1. Live –

Evaluations ( Vehicle Inspection ) which are just completed, and are still in process( discussions / negotiations with the customer ) are termed as “ Live ”, which arenow available to be taken up for the further process i.e. “ Deal Closing ”.

2. Dropped –Evaluations where the dealership wants to stop the follow up with the customersfor any reason, are termed as “ Dropped ”. The reasons could be -1. Customer says not interested,2. Customer not showing interest3. Customer not responding4. Customer seems not taking any positive decision

3. Lost –Evaluations where the customers reports that they have sold the car outsideanywhere, and thus the same car will no where be available to the dealership forbuying, are termed as “ Lost “.

Evaluation Status update

Vehicle Buying

As mentioned earlier, when an Evaluation is completed on Mobile App, the vehicledetails flows back to the SCP DMS under the sub-section of “ Evaluations ” of mainsection “ Evaluations ”. There status is primarily by default labelled as “ Live ”.

However, during the status updation, when a status is changed to other statuses, theEvaluation details moves to the respective sections.

• Evaluations marked as “ Live, Dropped or Lost ” remains in the same “Evaluations ” sub-section, however moves to the separate tabs as shown in theimage on the left hand side.

• Evaluations marked as “ Converted ” moves to the completely new sub-sectioncalled “ Completed Reports ”.

Note –i. The Dropped and Lost Evaluations are totally different as per the definition

mentioned and hence should not be mixed.

ii. Each Evaluation type button clearly shows the numbers of Evaluations availablein that particular group.

iii. When the user clicks on the “ Evaluations ” sub-section on the left hand sidemenu, the Evaluations visible in the table on the right hand side page are the totalEvaluations i.e. sum of Live, Dropped, Lost etc

There are two types of possessions >>

i. Retail – For selling the car to end customer while selling.

ii. Offload – For selling the car to the broker / used car dealer while selling.

In this chapter, sales as “ Retail ” is considered.

Pre-requisites –

Physical possession of the vehicle should have been taken by the dealership.

Steps –

1. Click on “ Converted reports ” under the “ Evaluations ” section in the left sidemain menu.

2. On the right hand side page, a table showing the list of cars will appear.


4. Click on the “ Possession Details ” under the column called “ Action ”.

5. A new page will open, showing a form, to fill the details of possession.

d. Trade-In New Car VIN number - enter the VIN of the new car, the customerhas booked / taken the delivery.

Note – if the New Car is still not allocated to the customer, this field canbe left blank and updated from back end later.

e. For - select – Retail or Offload

( In this case, as mentioned in the last page considering “ Retail ” is selected. )

7. Click “ Submit ”, if you want to save the details & confirm the possession, else ifyou click “ Cancel ”, it will discard all the entries done in the form, and thesystem will go to the previous page.

Refurbishment Update



Post taking & showing the possession of the vehicle as “ Retail ” i.e. for retail sales tothe end customer, in the previous step, the vehicle needs to be sent to the aftersalesworkshop for the actual refurbishment and the related updation is to be done in thisstep.

Pre-requisites –

A. Carrying out actual refurbishment ( Repair ) of the car.

B. Receipt of Repair Job Card and Invoice bill from after sales team.

Steps –

1. Click on “ Refurbishment ” under the “ Stock ” section in the left side main menu.



4. Click on the “ Enter RF Details ” under the column called “ Action ”.

5. A new page will open, showing a form, to fill the details of refurbishment.

6. In the form enter the Job Start Date ( job card opening date ) and job end date (repair invoice date ).

7. Enter the Repair Invoice No

9. Enter main repairs done in “ Other Details ”.

10. Select the Certification as below.

a. MFC Certification

b. Skoda Auto Extended Warranty

c. No Certification & Warranty

11. Click on “ Submit ”. The Refurbishment entry gets saved.

If clicked on “ Cancel ”, the refurbishment updation done in the form, getdiscarded and the system goes back to the previous page.

Note – Post updating the Refurbishment details, before going to the “ Live ” sub-section of “ Pre-Owned Car Sales ” main section, if the Certification is selected as “MFC Certification ”, then the vehicle details goes to the Mahindra First ChoiceEngineer requesting for certification of the car.

Post receiving the request for the certification, the Mahindra First Choice Engineervisits the concerned Skoda Dealership for the physical inspection of the car, postwhich he either approves / rejects the request for the certification.

In case other than the MFC Certification is selected, then the car details directly goesto the next step as indicated above.

Digital Display ( Uploading on SCP Website )

Post updation of “ Refurbishment ” details, the vehicle needs to be uploaded on theSCP Website, to enable customers to view the same. Following is the process.

1. Click on “ Trade-Out – End User ” sub-section of “ Stock ” main section.

2. A page showing a list of cars already taken in stock for selling to End Usersappears in the table on the right hand side page.

3. Search for the desired car in the list by using the horizontal and vertical scrollingbars.

4. After finding the desired car, scroll to the extreme right side, by clicking andholding the grey colored scroll bar.

5. Click on “ Push to Skoda pre-owned website ” button.

6. A form opens showing following 4 tabs.

Pre-requisite :• Minimum 12 proper photographs and one 360 degree video of the car should have

been taken before starting to upload the car on SCP website, as the same needs tobe selected during photographs and video upload stage.

• Ensure that the vehicle photographs are 510 ( width ) X 310 ( height ) pixels in size.• The file type should be one of the JPG, JPEG, PNG.• The size of each photograph should not be more than 5 MB.• The size of the video should not be more than 15 MB.• The video file should be supporting mp4.

Post the completion of Refurbishment of the vehicle, and approval of warranty fromthe warranty provider ( as may be applicable ), the vehicle will be available for thebooking under the “ Live ” sub-section of Pre-Owned Car Sales section.

Pre-requisites –

A. Updation of the buyer customer enquiry in the “ Upload POC enquiries ” sub-section.

B. Actual “ Sales Contract ” signed with the customer.

Steps –

1. Click on “ Live ” under the “ Pre-Owned Car Sales ” section in the left side mainmenu.

2. On the right hand side page, a table showing the list of buyer enquiries alreadyupdated will appear.

3. The nos of enquiries available in the said table, will be visible on top LHS of thetable.


5. Scroll up & down to find the required customer’s enquiry, or search the particularenquiry with the help of “ Search here ” option.

6. Click on the “ Select ” button under the column called “ Action ” at the end of the.

Two options viz “ Book “ & “ Status ” will be visible. Click on “ Book ”.

4. A form as visible on bottom left hand side will appear.

5. Fill the customer details as per the fields provided.

3. To create a new account / enquiry, click on “ + Add ” button.

Post updation of Sales Contract in the system, the vehicle will be now available forshowing the delivery, in the “ Sales Contract ” sub-section of ” Stock ” main section.

Pre-requisites –

A. The vehicle should have been physically delivered.

Steps –

1. Click on “ Sales Contract ” sub-section under the “ Stock ” section in the left sidemain menu.

2. On the right hand side page, a table showing the list of cars for which already aSales Contract is done will be visible.

3. The nos of cars available in the said table, will be visible on top LHS of the table.


5. Scroll up & down to find the required car, or search the particular enquiry withthe help of “ Search here ” option.

6. Click on the “ Select ” button under the column called “ Action ” at the end of the.

Two options viz “ Un-Book “ & “ Deliver ” will be visible. Click on “ Deliver ”.

Note – If Un-book is clicked, the car will again go back to the “ Live ” sub-sectionof “ Pre-Owned Car Sales ” main section i.e. in the previous step.

11. Click on “ Submit ” button to save the entry.

If clicked on “ Cancel ”, all the details updated in the form will be discarded andthe screen will go back to previous i.e. “ Sales Contract ” stage.

12. The “ Final Retail Type ” as “ Retail ” or “ Offload ” will be selected, as selected bythe user earlier. This is just for the information purpose and can not be edited.
