Did you know?

That a Stegosaurus could not run fast. When they were attacked they would stand in one place and just swing their tail to fight

off predators.

What did they eat?

*Plants ~ They were herbivores.

* Also ate rocks to help with digesting

their food.

Where did they live?

* The woodlands of Western North America.

*The only plated dinosaur to be found in Western

North America.

A Stegosaurus’ brain was only the

size of a walnut.
