Requirements: • Submit a separate request for each event/message • Please give at least 3 business days’ notice before your submission needs to be active • Digital signage must adhere to the eligibility guidelines below, and must not violate JMU’s
identity policies listed at https://www.jmu.edu/identity/
Eligibility: Signage Submission will not:
• Have content that violates state or federal laws • Promote non-University businesses • Do not clearly state the name of the sponsoring organization
James Madison University reserves the right to deny digital submission requests if necessary Specifications:
• Signage must be 1920 x 1080 pixels (or 16:9 if created in PowerPoint) • Files must be jpeg, png, pdf, mp4 or mov • Videos must not be longer than 15 seconds
