Digital Menu Board Enrollment Tool User Guide Getting Started!
Getting Started: You will need the following to log into the DMB enrollment tool: Franchisee Central Username and Password A PC# and it’s corresponding Customer Number
• To find your Customer Number, log into your Franchisee Central account. • Click the “Administration” tab and select User Account Information. Your
PC#/Customer Number sets are listed under Store/System Details
Log In: Log into the DMB enrollment tool on Franchisee Central using your Franchisee Central username and password. Click on the Dunkin’ Donuts tab and then the Digital Menu Board Tool link.
Confirm Your Identity: For your protection, the tool will take you through several screens to confirm your identity. The tool will ask the following:

Identify Your Preferred Contact: Once you have accepted the DMB T&C, Texas Digital will contact you to place orders for your individual restaurants. Please provide the contact information for the individual that you would like Texas Digital to contact.
Program Information: Once your identity has been confirmed, the tool will navigate to the Program Page where we have provided some documents to assist you in making business decisions for your network. You can continue to Accept T&C by clicking the “View/Accept T&C” tab or clicking the “Go To My Restaurants” button.

Digital Menu Board Enrollment Tool User Guide My Restaurants – Accepting Terms & Conditions
Accept Terms & Conditions: If you are an Early Adopter, there will be two separate T&Cs to accept. • View Restaurants: To view the restaurants in each category Click the double arrow. • Accept T&C: Click on the red “T&C” icon. The T&C will be displayed. At the bottom of the T&C
document, you will click “I Accept”. You may have to use the two scroll bars on the right to view the entire T&C. The T&C icon will turn green. Keep in mind that you will have to accept both T&C if there are restaurants in both categories that you would like to participate in the program.

Complete Online Portion of Enrollment: Click Continue. You will now have the ability to print your accepted T&C with a complete listing of your eligible restaurants, their addresses and other important information. We recommend that you save and print this document for your records and reference while placing orders with Texas Digital.
