Everywhere We go, Any Housing society We need to fill our details in old
eared Visitor book. That can be tampered by filling wrong details and
mobile number ( No verification of identity here). If any criminal tamper
these data and get access to premises and check out safely. There will
be no trace back will be behind in these visitor records. And even we
want to view old records, we found them inked and not proper format
to understand. So Security of a resident is a concern here. =
We replaced visitor book with
an android application. Digital
Gorkha brings a paperless
solution to make visitor
registration things more easy
and faster. It verify mobile
number of first time visitor,
capture his/her image , get his
required information and send
and confirmation SMS/CALL to
resident.
They can only check in once get confirmation from Recipients. Their data instantly
uploaded on server, Residents can view visitor information with their check
in/checkout time from their dashboard.. Their data is stored on a secured cloud
server protected by security experts.

Recurring visitor,Family members,staff doesn't need to
verify their details again & again, they can directly check
in, application pulls data from their previous check in.
Your data is automatically uploaded from the Tablet to
our secure servers, and everything is constantly backed up.
No need to worry about manually safeguarding your data. It
Automatically pre-register all your expected Eventbrite
guests. Your security desk will know who to let up to your
space, and sign-in is a breeze. It's important to know
who's still in the building. Gorkha lets visitors sign-out
when they leave. If you pre-register a visitor, they will
receive a beautiful email with the date and time of the
meeting, along with information like parking, elevator
instructions, the Wi-Fi password, and even nearby coffee
shops. No need to track down a visitor's host if they're
away from their desk. Gorkha sends an email, text message,
notification when the visitor has checked in.

details from last time and skips
any documents they signed. No need

their apartment and society at a

In addition to names, Gorkha collect anything: email, phone, vehicle number, purpose
of visit, etc. Gorkha makes visitor registration more personable and much more powerful.
-Verify mobile number and capture image of visitor.
-Returning visitors have their details pre-filled.
Residents gets automatic email and text notification when visitor arrived in society.
Gorkha provides a beautiful web dashboard to view visitor history with their information and
check in, checkout time. Gorkha provides a feature for residents to invite guests for events
using web dashboard. Residents can mark attendance of their working staff in web dashboard
calendar. Resident dashboard can be view by both mobile and laptop. Residents can update their
family member information, staff information. They can create events through dashboard and can
invite society members and outsiders with a beautiful invitation template through their
dashboard.

Society dashboard is created for
society admin, They can view daily
count of visitors/beautiful visitor
count graph, Staff check in details
etc. They can add remove and edit
user accounts in the society.
Documents of flat residents will be
saved on society dashboard, will be
available for anytime to view.
Digital gorkha application will be using by security guard, a guard
login will be created for each guard in the society(wing wise). They
can view live visitor list, live events list and can use this
application to check in of visitors, staff and family members into the
campus.

On What Platforms We Can Use This Application/Software? Mobile application only supports android as of now, we are working on iphone version of application. Online logging system can be accessed through Windows/Mac. Is It An Application Or Software? Its an android application for Housing society and web application for Residents/Flatowners. If There Is A Technical Break Down Do We Have A Back Up? Data will be hosted on cloud so in case of technical breakdown we will have backup on our local server. What Kind Of A Down Time One Should Expect? Max.three Hours in a month is the down time can be happened on server.
What Is The Security Level Of This Server?
Server is secured by HTTPS and cloudfare, data encryption , An expert team will audit
the server and application.
How Can I Pre Register Guests For Events?
Go to create an event in your dashboard, create an event and add guests , guest will
receive invitation code with time and address of event.
How Can I Mark Attendance Of Milkman/Maid?
Login into your dashboard then go to attendance , here you can mark attendance on
calendar.
We have strict policies that Gorkha employees should only be accessing production
data when debugging a problem that's only reproducible in production. We have policies
that require employees to never store production data on their laptops. We are publicly
listed on HackerOne – A community where hackers compete to pen-test products for points
and bounties. So far we have had no major problems. Our servers are being attacked 24/7
and we live in an environment of constant penetration testing.
