ISAAC use MPro5, the enterprise class mobility system, provided as a subscription license model. It

mobilises field-based staff by providing them with all the tools they need to complete jobs & traditionally

paper-based processes on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PDA.

From the your own MPro web portal, hosted on Microsoft’s reliable and secure Windows Azure platform,

your office staff can schedule jobs to user’s smartphones, tablets & PDAs. Once complete, job data

synchronises instantly, if they are connected, or as soon as they reconnect to the internet, back to the

MPro cloud portal, where reports & alerts are created automatically.

Your remote workforce get an easy to use app, with dynamic, workflow powered, job alerts and data

capture forms which make it easy for them to get their job done in the field and reduce unnecessary time

spent going between the office and their worksite, to drop off paperwork or get the latest job specs and

technical data sheets.

The MPro cloud is secure, robust and accessible from anywhere, without any reliance on, or requirement

for, any costly and cumbersome on premise hardware and software. Office staff can browse historic jobs

and completed paperwork as well as create new jobs to be picked up by the next free field agent, or

assign work to the best person for the task. Reports on completed work, performance against your SLAs,

captured data, and field agent expenses and work hours can be easily generated as well as imported or

connected directly into your existing business databases or accounts packages, making billing easier and

ensuring that your business is complaint.
