Technical description

Fixed angle blades positioned at 90° with 14 tons of solid

hydraulic power.

Automatic blade gap adjustment (European Patent No.

1.214.004),to ensure perfect cuts in a wide variety of materials

and thickness’ (from 1 to 6.5 mm). You eliminate the burr and

the manual blade adjustment. This leads to more productivity

and less time loss.

Absolute rigidity is provided by our monoblock Meehanite®

steel casting ( 65kg/mm² ) incorporating a heavy duty 3−guide

system assures unmatched cutting precision and blade life.

Built in lifetime lubrication of the lateral columns and central

guide column reducing maintenance requirements further.

Reversible blades in K110 / D2 positive cutting direction

(cutting from the front edge) or negative cutting (cutting from

the rear edge). This gives you the benefit of additionally longer

tool life.

You may select between single step mode or step by step mode

(inching function). This allows you to easily copy reference

parts or work with special applications.

This capability is enhanced by the standard stroke adjustment

which limits the stroke to a preset position. You can therefore

produce defined shears, not necessarily ending at the edge of the

material and you can increase yuour stroke rate with the shortest

possible stroke for each task.

Unlimited length trimming is possible with the position of the

Whether you choose a EUROMAC fixed angle or variable angle

notcher, − the Attachment broadens the applications extending your

notcher to many features ordinarily o-nly found o-n an ironworker.

Therefore you can affordably acquire two machines in o-ne and save

floor space o-n top of everything.

Technical description

The functionality of the fixed angle vary from the functionality

of the variable angle machine. Please refer to the chart below

to compare the features for each model.

A number of functions are available with the station located

180° from the notching station.

Rectangle slot punching with the rectangular cutting unit.

With this device you can cut slots of 25 mm width up to 150

mm long.

Press brake adaptation for a maximum bend length of 415 mm

in materials up to 5 mm thick. A welcome addition for small

parts bending, freeing up your larger CNC press brakes from

trivial tasks.

Punch hole patterns with the punch tool station. The adapts

Trumpf® style tooling up to 50mm in diameter. This is a great

addition to flexibly finish parts which require more than just

notching.

Contour outside radii by processing your blanks through o-ne

of six radius stations o-n the radiusing unit. Radii of 3 − 5 − 8 −

10 − 12 − 15 mm.

Table extensions allow you to precisely gauge even larger parts

up to 1500 mm from the center tool line of the station.

For your safety the ram speeds reduces to a maximum of 10

mm/sec if the station is activated. Of course this maximum

speed can be programmed between 0.1mm/sec and 10 mm/sec

for your convenience and safety.

Reversible blades in HSS (high speed steel) are available in 30° and 60° with either

Flexible CNC Punch Presses

Beyond the characteristics common to all EUROMAC punching

machines (see Technology), ZX and MTX Autoindex show the

following features:

n. 1 programmable indexing D station 360° on ZX Autoindex

machines and 6 D station turrets, of which 3 programmable

index stations 360° with increment of 0.01° (D size).

Can be equipped with single Thick Turret tools, EUROMAC

Multitools 4 − 6 − 10 stations and Adapter for Trumpf®

style tooling.

The Digibend 160 brings rotary tube bending capabilities to a lighter

gauge CNC bending machine.

Technical description

EUROMAC’s hydraulic cylinders are permanently integrated

into a solid and normalized Meehanite® steel casting (65

N/mm²) for all Digibend models. Each frame has been designed

with detailed finite element computations to achieve the best

rigidity and dampening.

The cylinder and the frame form a working unit and are

machined in o-ne setup and operation to assure you the

maximum accuracy and reliability (patent pending).

Fast set−up tool indexing systems are a standard feature o-n the

Digibend. They are integrated into the wide machine table as

well as into the moving ram.

All working parts are hardened and precision ground.•

Thanks to the many types of tooling available, you can

accomplish nearly any bending task in minutes, from heavy

plate bending, flat edge bending, punching, shearing to

straightening and tube bending.

The ram will automatically slow down near the bending point.•

The ram speed is adjustable between 2 and 10 mm per second

o-n the forward stroke.

Easy, intuitive programming of all working parameters in many

languages is available: English, French, German, Spanish,

Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Japanese and many more.

The stroke is electronically controlled and displayed o-n a

digital read out.

The control can store parameters for up to 90 bends which can

be combined into up to 8 bending sequences with a maximum of

8 bends each.

MULTI Notcher Machines

Whether you choose a EUROMAC fixed angle or variable angle

notcher, − the Attachment broadens the applications extending your

notcher to many features ordinarily o-nly found o-n an ironworker.

Therefore you can affordably acquire two machines in o-ne and save

floor space o-n top of everything.

Technical description

The functionality of the fixed angle vary from the functionality

of the variable angle machine. Please refer to the chart below

to compare the features for each model.

A number of functions are available with the station located

180° from the notching station.

Rectangle slot punching with the rectangular cutting unit.

With this device you can cut slots of 25 mm width up to 150

mm long.

Press brake adaptation for a maximum bend length of 415 mm

in materials up to 5 mm thick. A welcome addition for small

parts bending, freeing up your larger CNC press brakes from

trivial tasks.

Punch hole patterns with the punch tool station. The adapts

Trumpf® style tooling up to 50mm in diameter. This is a great

addition to flexibly finish parts which require more than just

notching.

Contour outside radii by processing your blanks through o-ne

of six radius stations o-n the radiusing unit. Radii of 3 − 5 − 8 −

10 − 12 − 15 mm.

Table extensions allow you to precisely gauge even larger parts

up to 1500 mm from the center tool line of the station.

For your safety the ram speeds reduces to a maximum of 10

mm/sec if the station is activated. Of course this maximum

speed can be programmed between 0.1mm/sec and 10 mm/sec

for your convenience and safety.
