experience, qualifications, skills, etc.,

in a s pecific pr evision capacity can be

used to a gr eater or lesser degr ee in

other capacities s pecific to pr evision.

The capacities of pr evision ar e very

necessary and very useful to us butunfortunately very f ew peo ple have

personal goals in lif e to continuouslydevelo p the s pecific performance of pr evision. Due to the s pecial

im portance of the capacity of pr evision

it is necessary and r equir ed to cr eate

and develo p the science of the develo pment of the capacity of

pr evision, because having this science

we would have it by applying enormous positive eff ects on countless

peo ple that should develo p and apply itindir ectly on other peo ple. The state

would acceler ate progr ess in many

fields, would acceler ate the r eduction

of illiter acy, poverty, illness, divorces

out of ar guments and conf lict,

accidents, what harms humans,

animals, the environment, etc.. It

would lead to solving many personal and state tar gets, it would cr eate

enormously many joys, much satisf action and happiness. It would

lead to the situation that most peo ple

no longer live at the whim of chance, with no personal, prof essional security,

etc.. but on the contr ary they would

lead to mor e peo ple having them as an o bjective and as they continue to live,

they would develo p the personal

capacities necessary for their pr evision

and apply them every day, both in the

establishment of private personal or prof essional lif e, it would be

something concr ete that will help them

achieve mor e harmonious lives toachieve what they want and need for

their f amilies.

2. Efforts and expenses that will be

done by cr eating, develo ping, lear ning

and applicating the science to pr event

human errors will not be much lower

than the positive eff ects of their

pr evention of a very lar ge num ber of

mistak es and f ailur es and their multi ple, diverse and very lar ge

negative eff ects. Financial investment, ener gy, time, etc.. in these activities

r elated to the pr evention of human

errors and f ailur es would be veryeff ective and necessary and useful for

both countries and for peo ple in

particular. Each of us in a gr eater or lesser way can partici pate in the

cr eation, develo pment and application

of the science to pr event human errors.
