These DEF Tote Pumping Systems are specifically designed to work with 275 gallon DEF “Cage” tanks (with 6.5” blue DEF lids and micromatic adapters/suction tubes).

Kits include 12 volt or 115 volt poly pump, suction hose with Micromatic coupler (RSV Style), 3/4” x 12’ DEF discharge hose, 3/4” SS automatic nozzle and powder-coated pump/nozzle hanger bracket.

“Kits” include similar pump including built-in check valve to prevent air infiltration. Also included in the “Kits” are adjustable suction pipe, 3/4” x 12’ DEF discharge hose and stainless steel manual nozzle up to 12 GPM. Bracket and Micromatic Coupler Extra - See Below.

This unique new spring driven dual diaphragm design allows transfer of viscosities over 1000 cps (SAE80-90W gear oil at 31° F.) as well as fluids containing particles up to 1/10" in diameter. The pump is self priming and uses a few simple parts for a minimum of low wear movement.

Wetted materials are reinforced polypropylene and stainless steel, for maximum chemical and corrosion resistance.
