Baggrund
• Miljømæssig og Økonomisk bæredygtigt opdræt af store laksefisk i saltvand
• Baseret på det Danske ModelDambrugs-koncept • Et tilsvarende koncept udviklet/udvikles for opdræt af store fisk i
saltvand • Altså: vi tager det store skridt (”de 90%”) med anvendelse af den mest
drifts- og miljøeffektive teknologi
• Udfordringer i designet: – Produktions-cyclus, især for regnbueørred – Varierende biomasse, indfodring, – iltforbrug, temperatur m.v – Indsætning af 20 t i april høst af 80 t i december
