We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as the new Diamond Club Managers for The Landmark London, Lancaster London and K West Hotel & Spa. As a special thank you for using our hotels, we are very pleased to welcome you to The Diamond Club loyalty scheme 2011. You will receive 2 points per room night for bookings made at The Landmark London and 1 point per room night for bookings made at Lancaster London or K West Hotel & Spa. By booking accommodation for you or your guests with The Landmark London, Lancaster London or K West Hotel & Spa, you have the opportunity to receive a host of fantastic prizes. Whenever you book accommodation with either of the hotels, simply log the information on your tracking form. Please send us your tracking form when you want to claim your reward. The reward period is from the 1st January to 31st December. You will have up to 31st January the following year to redeem your points. Unfortunately points cannot be carried over to the next year. Terms & Conditions:

Membership is subject to approval by The Lancaster Landmark Hotel Group.

This program is issued at the discretion of each of the three hotels.

Points can be claimed once per booking.

Points must be redeemed solely by the booker and are non transferable between members.

Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your vouchers.

A maximum of £200 can be claimed for the vouchers per member.

Membership must precede any qualifying bookings.

Points from group bookings can be claimed at the time of booking.

Points earning period is from the 01/01/11 – 31/12/11 and rewards must be redeemed before 31st January the following year. Points cannot be carried over thereafter.

You will be awarded 2 points per room night for any bookings made at The Landmark London, and 1 point for any bookings you make at K West Hotel & Spa and Lancaster London. A room night is agreed as being one room booked for one night.

Points can only be awarded for confirmed and fulfilled bookings only.

All of the above prizes are subject to availability and the hotels reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the programme or these prizes at any given time should it be deemed necessary by giving written/email notice to its members.

When you make a reservation for The Landmark London you will receive 2 points for every room night. When you make a reservation for Lancaster London or K West Hotel & Spa you will receive 1 point for every room night booked. The points earning period is from 01.01.11 to 31.12.11 and points must be redeemed before 31st January 2012 only. Points cannot be carried over thereafter.
