LOS SUBSISTEMAS ORGANIZACIONALES

A toda organización se le considera como un sistema abierto compuesto de varios subsistemas. Dicho sistema organizacional recibe insumos (información, materiales, gente), los transforma y los regresa en forma de productos (bienes y servicios).
