YOU WILL NEED A LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS XP - OR A WINDOWS 7 LAPTOP WHICH IS CAPABLE OF RUNNING XP MODE.
STEP 1 - You need to install ULTRA ISO first of all. You can download & install ULTRA ISO from this link http://download.cnet.com/UltraISO-Premium/3000-2646_4-10177302.html
Setup is very easy for this program.
STEP 2 - open up the ULTRA ISO program and you will see a screen which looks like this in fig.1
STEP 3 - Insert the DVD ROM TITLED DIAGBOX & select from the DVD DIAGBOX7.01, then right click on DBV0702, and click Open with UltraISO as shown in FIG 2.
STEP 4 - Click the 'mount to virtual drive' button as shown in FIG 3
STEP 5 - When you see this screen in FIG 4 click 'mount'
STEP 6 - You will then see that the top bar has changed to status 'loaded' FIG 5. You can now just click the close button.
STEP 6 - Next you need to click on the 'Diagbox_setup.exe' as shown in FIG 6.
Step 7 - Just wait for this progress bar to complete, it generally takes around 7 minutes, see FIG 7.
Step 8 - You will then automatically see this screen FIG 8, just let it progress
STEP 9 - The install will now automatically take place, first select your language FIG 9, then click install on FIG 10
STEP 10 - Sit back and watch the install progress, it can take around 25 minutes (depending on the speed of your laptop) FIG 11
Step 11 - When the install finishes you will see this activation screen (might take a couple of minutes to automatically pop up), you should click the key & hand button (far right( FIG 12
STEP12 - enter the customer code as 'scary01' all lower case as shown in FIG 13 & click the green tick
STEP 13 - when you see this screen in FIG 14 just click the green tick
STEP 14 - you will then see more install screens, one for lexia 3, & one for PP2000. Just allow them to install again - FIG 15
STEP 15 - You will see the installation successful screen FIG 16, CLICK THE GREEN TICK.
STEP 16 - You will then see the screen in FIG 17, again just click the green tick
STEP 17 - You will then be asked to fill in the address, postcode and car phone info, just put the number 1 in each box and click the green tick as shown in FIG 18
STEP 18 - You will then be asked if you want to search for new updates, always click the RED X to this question as shown in FIG 19
STEP 19 - You will be asked again about internet updates, again just click the RED X as shown in FIG 20
STEP 20 - At this stage you can now start to select your Peugeot or Citroen vehicle you wish to connect to as shown in FIG 21
STEP 21 - nearly done, all you need to do now is Plug in the interface to the USB port and the laptop should automatically search for the driver.
Just follow the screenshots below, then do a restart of your laptop & your good to start connecting to the vehicle & diagnose faults etc. (IGNORE THE FIGURE 8 & 9 NUMBERS FOR THE NEXT 2 SCREENSHOTS)
