Introduction: Dhole Patil School For Excellence was established in the year 2017

with the aim to impart quality education with a strong values based education

programtotheyoungminds.Oureducationmodelisbasedonthethought`HappySchooling, Happy Children'.

This model helps attain optimal outcomes in the domains of physical and motordevelopment, cognitive development, socio-emotional-ethical development,culturaldevelopment,developmentofcommunicationandearlylanguage,literacy,and numeracy. We focus on working with the social, emotional, cognitive and

physical needs of young children in order to build a solid and broad foundation forlifelong learning and wellbeing.

Our model for education for our Primary School comprises of flexible, multi-level,

play & activity based learning. We also work towards developing social capacities,good behavior, courtesy, ethics, personal & public cleanliness, teamwork andcooperation.

Our academics revolve around good concept building activities and students are

preparedforlifelonglearninganddevelopinggoodlifeskills.Throughouttheyearstudents are assessed through written, oral and project based evaluation. Our

students are also encouraged to appear fo.r Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF)

which aims to cultivate Scientific Reasoning and Logical Ability among the students'

through a rigorous test. I

ln order to develop the aesthetic skills of the students we conducted many

competitionsthroughouttheyeartodevelopconfidenceamongourstudents

® Our students also have their share of leisure time which we utilize properly

by different kinds of celebrations at school such as, . Grand parents day .

Holi celebration . Krishna Janmasthami . Dandiya celebration . Ganesh

Chaturthi . Palkhi Celebration . Christmas Celebration .

• National Festivals like Independence Day, Republic Daywerealsocelebrated

with great fervor online. In order to kindle the patriotic spirit among students

we also celebrate `Constitution Day' Quit India Movement Day'. An orchestra

themed `Vande Mataram' was sung by students through a video.• We motivated students to celebrate `World Environment Day 'and ` World

Conservation Day' by planting trees at their home or in their societies.

Students also made seed balls and scattered them while travelling. Poster

Making and slogan Writing Activity was conducted on these days

• International Peace Day and International Yoga Day were celebrated with

Great Spirit buy students and their parents.

• Grand Parents and Senior Citizens are an integral part of the Indian Value

System. Grandparents were invited for a virtual orchestra where they

performed some classical songs and folk songs.• Ontheoccasion ofwomen's Day Dr. Dr.JayshreeTodkargavea motivational

talk to all the staff and parents on `How to achieve success'. Dr. Sujata Rajput

addressed all the women about menstrual hygiene and Bone Health.

• Teacher's Day celebration was done on 5th September. It is the day when

Teachers relax in the staff room and students embody their role to ensure

discipline in the school .Teachers day was celebrated with great enthusiasm.

• Birth Day Celebration -Birthdays are important milestones for children of all

ages. Students are encouraged to plant a tree on their birthday or dgnate a

book to library.

• Sports Celebration boosts the moral of students not only for those who win

but for all those who participate. Students participated in Inter school Football

Championship and received a runner up trophy. Under 12 Boys Cricket Team

also participated in the Finals and brought home the trophy.

Educational Excursions help students gain knowledge and upgrade their skills

by experience Students were taken on a trip to `Science Park ' and `Seven

Wonders Park'. In the Pandemic, students were taken on a virtual tour to Delhi

Bangalore and Ancient India.

• To develop scientific temper among students a Science exhibition was

organized where students exhibited projects on 'Geographical Wonders'`Ancient lndia' , `Robotics' ` Earth Conservation' . In the pandemic students

exhibited their proj.ects through videos and through online medium.

We believe in building relationships with our students, parents and community.

Building strong relationships enables us to grow as educators, enhancing the

learning experience for our students

Our motto at Dhole Patil Education Society (DPES) is `'You Dream, We Educate".

Our motto percolates down to our youngest students and their families. We

want our students and their families to dream big, have large goals & visions to
