Easy to learn (even to non graduates).

It has no problem to work with different types ofoperating systems.

The Open-source philosophy can improve the peoplerelations especially between the producer, developerand the user by information exchange.

We can trust the open-source more than closed-source because we can see what is exactly wr ittenthere, and we can change it also as w e want.

We can fix any problem with enough experience (or

by external programmers' hiring) becau

Reducing the cost and get more prof it as we saw inLIC Company, they can get about 15 % more prof it byapplying 100 % open source software.

The concept of You can not get prof it withopen-source is wrong as we can see in Redhatcompany, They got $ 87,253,000.

Open-source growing faster than closed-source, and it will reduce the closed-sourceshare market, but not in near future.
