    Chapter 1 Introduction

Tabbed file lists and the DgnQuickPick model treeDgnQuickPick allows MicroStation users to easily navigate between files during aMicroStation session. Instead of relying on MicroStations File | Open... functionalityMicroStation users can use a tabbed list or a Windows Explorer style Tree to chose filenames and navigate easily from one to another.

DgnQuickPick borrows the popular tab functionality found in programs like MicrosoftExcel and Mozillas Firefox web browser. Users familiar with these programs can nowenjoy a similar functionality in MicroStation!

DgnQuickPick also utilizes a Windows Explorer style interface to provide users theability to browse to a specific file in their file lists.
