Jimmy remembers that his coworker Michael is friends with an accounting professor at a university. He e-mails Michael over linkedin.com to ask if he can be introduced to professor David to ask his advice over this issue.
Jimmy gets some input for the solution of the problem and his boss and clients praise him for his decision.
