1- Figured dimensions to be used. Do not scale drawings2- Due to local planning laws regarding setback restrictions relative to the proposed height of construction it is

considered mandatory that a registered surveyor be engaged to confirm all dimensions. It is encumbent upon the builder to instigate this process.Discrepancies are to be notified to this office immediately.
