The Real Facts on how Secretary rejected our application for not giving bribe were:

any trap/product to eliminate mosquito population to eradicate mosquito borne diseases

4. They themselves do not know what is the Debt:Equity Ratio of TDB. See also comments

sheet. This letter states 1:1, Experts states 1:1.2 and TDB Website states 1:1.5 which is my

submission.

5. Same drunkard High Lever Expert Committee Members approves instantly Rs. 10 crore to

Jyothi Laboratories for chemical based mosquito repellent rejecting our request of Rs. 2.40 cr.

for mosquito trapping product.

6. Within 18 days of approval of Rs. 10 crore funding by Expert Committee members, Secretary

purchases brand new BMW Car costing Rs. 26 lakhs

7. Rs. 38.70 lakhs wasted for screening of projects at Mumbai and Hyderabad
