Port Macquarie-Hastings Council declares with the approval of His Excellency the Governor that the land described in the Schedule below, excluding any mines or deposits of minerals in the land, is acquired by compulsory process in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 for the North Shore Sewerage Scheme.

Pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Notice is hereby given that Council proposes to classify the land as detailed in the draft resolution below. A period of 28 days from the date of this advertisement is provided in which submissions are invited on the proposal.
DRAFT RESOLUTION
“It is intended to classify Lot 10 Deposited Plan 704834 (land situated at the intersection of Shoreline Drive and Maria River Road) as operational land.”
NOTE: Lot 10 Deposited Plan 704834 was acquired for the purpose of enabling construction of a sewer pumping station as part of the North Shore Sewerage Scheme.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION SESSIONS SETTLEMENT ShORES ESTATE CANAL MAINTENANCE PLAN REVIEW
Do you live in Settlement Shores Estate? Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is developing the Canal Maintenance Plan 2016-2026 and we need your input.
Council is asking the community what level of service is expected for maintenance activities that may be done by Council. This will help develop a prioritised 10 year maintenance plan.
There are a few different ways you can “Have your Say”:
> Visit pmhclistening.com.au/settlement-shores to review the fact sheet and fill in the survey;
> See the fact sheet and complete a survey at Port Macquarie Council Office;
> Attend a community information drop in session to chat to the project team; - 10am to 12noon Saturday 2 April at Pocket Park at end of Francis Street or - 4pm-6pm Wednesday 6 April at McInherney Park picnic area.

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of a Pavement Management System (PMS).
Full documents are available for interested firms by visiting Council’s tendering web site at tenderlink.com/pmhc/ and by registering and downloading the documents.
Quotes should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and deposited in the correct tender box located in the foyer at Council’s Port Macquarie Office, Burrawan Street prior to the closing time and date of the request.
The onus rests on the respondent to ensure that the quote is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Quotes should be marked as follows:
