Québec The purpose of this tax measure is to encourage

an innovative manufacturing corporation that is

eligible to enhance the value, in Quebec, of the

results of R&D work that it carried out therein and

that led to the achievement of a patent.

The corporation may reduce its taxable income by

an amount equivalent to a portion of the value of

an eligible patented feature that is integrated within

an eligible product that it sells or that it leases for

this year.

private partnere(s) may be in the form of money or

in kind. Private partners can participate in projects,

but cannot prepare an application, which must be

submitted by research institutions or NPOs.

area of health. Priority is given to the

projects that: *address issues of

health targeted by the Ministry of

Health and Social Services; and

*concerning precision medicine and
