2008 Thomas W. Gilligan becomes the 10th Dean of the McCombs Schools of Business.
His arrival marks a shift in strategy for alumni annual giving from alumni receptions and reliance on the Universitys campaign --- to more online programs and the use of social media and LinkedIn.
Dean Gilligan views alumni participation as our customer satisfaction rating and charged Development with increasing from 5% to 10%.
