Implementation plans MOU revised/adopted in Jan ‘17 – all CLOCS champions required to set out their implementation plan – as client/contractor, local authority planner, fleet operator, communicator, stakeholders Annual self-assessment against progress to inform their/you following year’s implementation plan Reviewed by / discussed with CLOCS team to ensure progressive Every CLOCS Champion commits (by signing MOU) to have at least 20% of its sites formally reviewed by CLOCS team at least once every year Site reviews Help companies understand how a site is performing against CLOCS Standard – and which areas need more focus. Confidential report provided. Site reviews undertaken by CCS team as CLOCS partners – is independent of the more mainstream CCS Code of Practice assessments Costs £175 if done at same time as CCS audit but can be done independently too (cost £300 as extra travel time & cost, extra admin etc.) Gate checks By contractors to ensure CLOCS compliance by fleet operators – CLOCS checklist requires site to report how many vehicles attended the site, how many were checked and how many were CLOCS compliant – sites should use Delivery Management Systems e.g. DataScope or Podfather (other good systems available too!) In time fleet operators should be able to report on how well contractors (site operators) are providing good conditions for them to service sites safely & efficiently – reliable time slots, skilled traffic marshals, fast & effective compliance checks, level loading/unloading areas,
