` Rental guarantee requests management platform.

T he Finaer guarantee system solves the problem of the requirements of rental

agreements. Renters get their rental guaran-tee in 48 hours, proving income. In turn, the owners ensure the collection of the rent until the restitution of the property.It started out as a basic management bac-kend, which then grew into a completely customized application that handles from the initial submission of new rental guaran-tee requests up to its payment.

� Today an Android app is being developed in React Native that tries to solve the lack of real estate when applying to said guarantees.

` Booking and passenger management platform for hostels.

B ananaDesk provides a toolkit to ma-nage hostels efficiently. It connects

automatically to most booking channels (Booking, Hostelworld, Expedia, Despegar, among others) so that users only have to manage their bookings through Banana-Desk. In addition, it provides a booking engine for hostels to use on their websites.

` Application oriented to digital marketing agencies for the generation and automated sending of reports for their clients.

T he application allows digital marketing agencies to solve the problem of au-

tomatic reporting to their customers. To achieve this, the system also handles the generation of these reports from the con-figuration indicated by the user, obtaining the data through Google AdWords based on the different metrics that have been selected.

� The project is a startup that is being de-veloped since August 2016. Both the brand identity and the logo design, added to the web design and the HTML / CSS layout, has been made by Eryx.

T his is a centralized platform that allows itself to be easily replicated to

different clients in different areas. It was used successfully for customer loyalty programs such as Eucerin, Peugeot, Abbo-tt, Banco Formosa and Banco Corrientes, among others.
