We need to train our educators on security.
1. Educators all went to college to first become teachers. Coach Administrator Superintendent 2. The majority of professional educators did not study law enforcement or had an interest in working for the FBI or Homeland Security. 3. Large gap of security knowledge with educators.

3. always stand while working. 4. not use my personal cell phone. 5. Scan my assigned area every 30
seconds. The SSZ rules are recommended but it is the sole responsibility of the
school to enforce the rules.
