What is a playbook?A "playbook" is what a coach in sports uses to tell his/her team what to do, as in what

plays to make and how to perform them. In business a manager will use a playbook to educate his staff on what to do in certain situations and/or communicate policy. It's

easy to figure out why RIM chose to use this word, I believe it fits. Unfortunately it is a

relatively American term (in its current use) so people outside of North America may not

understand its meaning.




A “ professional playbook" is what individuals use to

guide and direct them to achieve their vision, mission, and goals. It’s a career management

tool that can be essential to secure
