The Association « la Voûte Nubienne » (AVN) helps families in Sub-Saharan Africa gain access to comfortable, affordable, homes. AVN trains and supports local masons in the construction of timberless earth brick vaulted houses, using the Nubian vault technique, the only viable alternative to costly and environmentally unsustainaable timber and sheet metal roofing.
