Network Operating Centres. (NOC)

SPN rewards people financially for sponsoring land management projects that can be expanded and developed. When you sponsor Land Management Projects you will receive a complimentary Network Operating Centre that can generate income through network sales. To help people succeed, SPN supports its people with (free of charge) marketing tools, seminars and webinars. SPN pays commissions every day on sales made and profits from, its land management projects.

You can earn income for the entire life of the projects promoted by SPN. You can also view all business activity through your personalized Members Area. To begin your journey, just follow these simple steps

MULTI-MATCH (Binary Plan)

To ensure members of SPN help each other to build a successful team, SPN allocates a Network Operating Centre (NOC) to members who sponsor Land Management Packages. Members can then place any of their personally sponsored people into 2 Teams, one Left team and Right team, called the Multi-Match Tree.

You earn a Multi-Match Income of up to €60 whenever you have accumulated 200BV in sales in one team, and at the same time 300BV in sales in another team, total 500 BV.

This is called a Cycle and you can earn up to €80,000 per month in Multi-Match Income.

Anyone that registers with SPN as an Independent Distributor can choose to be allocated a SPN Network Earning Centre (NOC) in the Multi-Match Tree.

The Multi-Match Tree is different to your Personal Enrolment Tree. Your Personal Enrolment Tree shows everyone that you have directly or indirectly sponsored by level and whomever they have sponsored, through all levels of your network.

The Multi-Match Tree shows everyone in their allocated team position, either Left or Right.

Some of the people in your Multi-Match Tree may not be directly connected to those you have personally enrolled. They may have been enrolled by someone else in your upline (who enrolled before you) and placed below you, either Left or Right, in your Multi-Match Tree. As such, they may not appear in your Personal Enrolment Tree.

QUALIFICATION

You must have completed the Independent Distributor Agreement You must be Active You must have made at least 1 Personal Sale on your Left Team and 1 Personal Sale on your

Right Team You must accumulate the required BV in your Left and Right Teams to achieve a Match

ACHIEVING A MULTI-MATCH

To achieve a Multi-Match Cycle, you need to accumulate a minimum of 300BV in one team and 200BV in the other team.

Every time you achieve this match (cycle), you earn €50.00.

Multi-Match Income is calculated daily.

ACTIVITY & QUALIFICATION

ACTIVITY & QUALIFICATION

To be eligible to earn any income or bonuses with SPN, or to activate a promotional website or claim coins, you must be active for the current year with a €49 access pack or sponsored at least 1 land management package. €49 is due every year after the first year.

To earn each income or bonus you must meet the PV or BV requirements and qualification as outlined in each section of this plan.

REMAINING ACTIVE

You must have completed the Independent Distributor Agreement. You must maintain access license for €49.00 per year ( first year free). This provides you with the

right to market SPN products and services and includes a personalized distributor website and access to the SPN business system.

QUALIFICATION

Except for earning Uni-Level Income, Qualification requires the following:

You must remain Active

You must have made at least 1 Personal Sale on your Left Multi-Match Team and 1 Personal Sale on your Right Multi-Match Team. That are currently active

Career ladder advancement can be achieved by purchasing various packages or accumulating the personal Bv required to attain the rank

INACTIVITY

After your 1 year, activity license expires you have 7 days to renew. If you are inactive BV will stop accumulating. After 6 months, any BV you have accumulated in your Left or Right Teams will be flushed to zero.

Your SPN Distributorship will remain inactivate until you reactivate it by paying the €49 to be active again for another year.

DEFINITIONS

SPN Solomon Pacific Network. ‘The Company’ operating the marketing for the Sponsor a Tree program and sales commission system.

CCO Coin Cash Out. A special offer that allows you to cash out coins through the Revenue Share account.

Agreement Independent Distributor Agreement is a legally binding arrangement between SPN and the Distributor, setting out the terms of use, policies and procedures.

Customer The person or company who purchases the company’s products or services.

Distributor The person or company who is authorized by the company to perform sales and marketing or products or services on behalf of the company, aka Wholesaler.

Retail The price(s) a Customer pays for company products and services.

Wholesale The price(s) a Distributor pays for company products and services.

Sponsor The Distributor who enrolled you into SPN.

Enroller The Distributor who enrolled you into SPN.

Upline The team of distributors who enrolled before you and are ‘up above’ you in your organizational genealogy. They become responsible for your success.

Downline The team of distributors who enrolled after you and are ‘down below’ you in your organizational genealogy. You become responsible for their success.

NOC Tree The hierarchy or genealogy of distributors (starting with you) with a direct connection from one to the next. (e.g. grandfather, father, you).

NOC Multi-Match Tree The hierarchy or genealogy of distributors (starting with you) with a direct connection from one to the next. (e.g. Facebook friends of friends)

Placement The position you are located in the Multi-Match NOC Tree. Your upline will be your Enroller but you may not be directly connected to them in the MM tree.

Flushing When accumulated BV, PV or CV is cancelled or reduced to zero.

Qualification When you have met the legal, financial and/or activity requirements to earn a particular income, bonus or status.

Active

When you are considered to be building the SPN business.

Status

A position of financial achievement and respect for your business acumen.

BV Business Value: Value (in Euros) of a product, allocated to each sale that is used for the computation of commissions, income and bonuses.

LAND MANAGEMENT

PACKAGE

Allocates value, split between the Revenue Share and Coin Accounts, specific to a package. Provides funding to projects.

Coin Account

The Coin Account receives a set value to it when a member purchases a package relevant to that package. The Coin account can be used to purchase Green Life Coins 2 part payment vouchers or you can use the special, coin cash out, option (CCO).

Revenue Share Account

The Revenue Share account receives a set value to it when a member purchases a package. Receives the 40% commission splits, provides daily payments of around 0.13% of the balance to the Re-buy Account.

Rank Advancement Bonus A one time bonus for achieving a rank through personal purchases.

Coin Cash Out Vouchers

You can transfer funds from the Coin Account to the Revenue Share Account. Purchase a CCO voucher. Eg: purchase a €50 CCO voucher and €50 will be deposited to your Revenue Share account and €50 transferred from your Coin Account. No limits
