The Easiest Decision: Jamie, Caren & Chloe JoyceAfter building on land twice before, Jamie, Caren and their daughter Chloe were impressed by the Villa World experience.
Admittedly having no prior knowledge of the Villa World process, the Joyce’s were taken by the quality of their new home at Era in Capalaba.
“We’d looked at some properties closer to the city. But at Era, the value for money was incredible and the quality … they just didn’t cut corners anywhere,” says Jamie.
