FAST AND RELIABLE INJECTION SYSTEMInjection end is the Idra “S” design considered one of the best on the market today.Smart combination of simple design for easy maintenance and excellent performances like more than 8 m/sec on 2nd phase velocity and less than 15 millisecond of final pressure built up are powerful tools for high integrity casting production. Metering out injection control with last generation of fast proportional valves and high dynamic and full parameters repeatability give the “S” injection the reputation of best system.
BUILT TO LAST IN HEAVY DUTY CONDITIONVery fast cycle time and efficient production are combined with minimal cooling water requirement. Heat exchanger is a solid and reliable tube type with little requirements in terms of water cleanliness.World class manufacturer components; in our “Rittal” electronic cabinet a Siemens PLC provides the machine process cycle control. A robustly designed electronic cabinet with heavy duty air cooler allows the system to run without any problem even in the most difficult hot climates.
