2. Company Value Proposition/Customize eDM’s
• Be sure to leverage your company value proposition in your Grid site, and in your eDMs• To add this to your site, send the verbiage desired to
the concierge team and we’ll implement it for you• To leverage this in your emails, it is as simple as clicking
and typing in the send email section of the Grid, or as dynamic as editing the HTML code for the email
• The Concierge team is happy to assist you if you get stuck
3. Email signature banners in your everyday email
• Add the banner of your choice to your email signature, and hyperlink the banner to your Grid campaign URL.
• Any customer who clicks will be tracked. When they complete a whitespace form, you’ll receive a lead alert!
4. Web banners on your company website
1. Place web banner(s) on your company website, that are linked to your Grid campaign2. Any customers who click will be tracked, and when they complete a form you’ll receive a
lead alert!
5. Promotions
• Add a promotion to your Grid site• Assessments (most common)• Additional collateral• Raffles• T-shirts/pens/hats etc. . .• Recommendation = something that results in an
appointment/visit• Be sure to draw attention to the promotion in at
least one of your emails (see step 9)
6. Events
• Add registration links for upcoming Events to your site
• Highlight these in your eDMs (See step 9)• You can then see who clicked on the Reg link, and
cross reference with those who registered for additional follow-up.
7. Telemarketing
• Add in your favorite TeleVendor• The Concierge team will be happy to train them on the
Grid, and assist them in getting your campaign moving forward
• (Partner is responsible for all added costs)• TeleVendor can set-up to receive lead alerts
directly and call-out accordlingly
8. Google Adwords/Analytics
• Adwords• Use the processes in place for licensed sites: http
://www.google.com/ads/adwords/• Analytics• If your company site uses Google analytics, send us the
tracking code• We’ll embed the code into your Grid site and voila,
you’re done!
9. iFrame on your company Website
• If your website is built using PHP, we have some very basic code your webmaster can input to enable your campaign to not only appear in an iFrame, but your emails, and any whitespace tracking can direct to it, track it, and send you lead alerts accordingly! Contact the Concierge Team for more information.
