HomeEstablished in April 2014 4D Build Pty Ltd is based at Smithtown on the Mid-North Coast of NSW.
4D Build Pty Ltd has been developed on a foundation of hard work, dedication and integrity to specialize in design, construction and project management. Our honesty and upfront approach have allowed us to be who we are today and will guide us into the future.
4D Build Pty Ltd is an eclectic collaboration of construction team member’s with proven experience in delivery of projects through provision of quality Project Management, Site Management and Contracts Administration services together accounting for over 132 years’ experience in the construction industry.
We work closely with an extended proven team of Tradesmen, Subcontractors, specialized consultants, engineers and architects to ensure outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
4D Build Pty Ltd, through experience and capabilities of all team members, has proven commitment to engaging with clients and stakeholders to work in partnership to complete projects and is committed passionately to continuous improvement through or-ganizational systems and client relationship building.
We are experienced in delivery of design and construct and construct only projects across residential, commercial and industrial facets of the building industry for private and Government sectors.
The 4D Build Pty Ltd team members also have proven experience in delivering complex projects in remote locations through the use of strong communication, management skills and their ability to follow and utilize organizational management systems.
Our operating systems and financial process are cloud based which provides 4D Build Pty Ltd the ability to deliver projects remote from our office location and in remote geographical locations.

4D Build Pty Ltd delivers all projects through a systematic approach and in accordance with industry guidelines, WH&S legislation, regulations and in line with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and ISO 14001:2004 environmental standards.
Our systematic approach ensures we meet the National Code of Practice framework, enables a managed process to control and document issues relating to WH&S, Quality & Environment and provides a formal procedure for monthly reporting of statistics in relation to WH&S, Quality and Environmental to the client and key stakeholders throughout the life of a project.
To assist 4D Build Pty Ltd deliver on its Mission, Vision, Goals and Values to staff, clients, project stakeholders and the community and to meet its contractual and legislative obligations the following Management Systems have been implemented within the company:
WH&S MANAGEMENT PLAN:
4D Build Pty Ltd develops site specific WH&S Management Plans for individual projects to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and visitors to our construction sites.
We foster a culture of providing a safe and secure work environment for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and visitors involved in its projects. We engage a specialised Business and WHS Systems Consultant, as required, to ensure our systems are audited and meet current legislation, assist with incorporation of new requirements within our systems and control and implement amended system components.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN:
4D Build Pty Ltd has an organizational Quality Management System that is implemented on all project sites and that is tailored to specific contract, client, stakeholder or community requirements. This forms the basis of our project specific Quality Management Plans ensuring client satisfaction is realized.
