Additional Event / Promotional Item Sponsorships Sponsoring an additional event / promotional item at the Vision 21 Meeting will provide your company with all of the General Sponsorship benefits as well as exclusive sole or shared sponsorship of a NADL Vision 21 event or promotional item. The General Sponsorship along with the Additional Event / Promotional Item Sponsorships allow the opportunity to address the entire Vision 21 Meeting audience for five (5) minutes during the Thursday, Friday or Saturday sessions as well as a table top display inside the general session meeting room. All additional event / promotional item sponsorship opportunities are only available to those who have already secured General Sponsorships for the Vision 21 Meeting. Any additional sponsorship opportunities ARE NOT offered to companies outside the 2018 NADL Vision 21 sponsors. Sponsors Marketplace Opportunity Only those companies who are a General Sponsor AND also sponsor one of the Additional Event / Promotional Item Sponsorships will have the opportunity to participate in the Sponsors Marketplace. The Sponsors Marketplace will be open both Friday and Saturday during the meeting and will be in a designated area inside the general session room. For qualifying sponsors, this is an excellent opportunity to gain further exposure to the Vision 21 attendees. The Sponsors Marketplace will provide all sponsors with a standard table top setup and include electric. This will allow networking with attendees more one on one during open times between the educational sessions and events.

The Sponsors Marketplace will not be a tradeshow format, as there will be no booths only table top displays to provide a more virtual type display through virtue of the multimedia element. This will be similar in nature to some vendor formats seen during the Chicago Mid-Winter Meetings. Secure Your Sponsorships Today!
