Page 6: Design Thinking Action Lab - Empathize and Define Assignment

STAKEHOLDER needs a way to get some support that would allow him to pursue his

dream career

BECAUSE he doesn't have the means to support himself without a job, and he would feel too

overwhelmed having to study and work full-time at the same time

Page 7: Design Thinking Action Lab - Empathize and Define Assignment

He's a very young adult from a middle-class family, who just finished highschool.

Seemed like a calm, intelligent, reasonable person, who has a very evident artistic side, and would

like to pursue an art career.

Likes to create and to discover others' creations.

Page 8: Design Thinking Action Lab - Empathize and Define Assignment

Needs some way to support himself (or be supported) so that he can have the means to follow his artistic side

Page 9: Design Thinking Action Lab - Empathize and Define Assignment

He seemed resigned at his future, so he doesn't even see it as a problem that he can't follow his

dreams, because he doesn't believe there is a solution to that problem.

He feels like he's either not going to have

the time or the money to pursue his dreams.

He clearly has a very evident artistic side, which he clearly loves, so I'd say that this is a problem

worth analysing.
