Introduction
Voice assistants will be used by 1.8 billion users worldwide by 2021.
This is not a passing trend, but the birth of a new paradigm, like those that took place throughout history and that we have all witnessed: first the radio, then the TV and finally the smartphone, which have become essential tools in our everyday life.
We have designed this course in order to prepare private and non-private organizations for this new wave of change.
Aims
The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the Amazon Alexa ecosystem, adopting a marketing & sales perspective, rather than a technological one.
Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at any organization in any industrial and non-profit sector, with the purpose to invest in a real change, thanks to the technology of voice interfaces development.
