Naville Brody

• Naville Brody is an internationally renowned designer, typographer, art director, and brand strategist.

I am inspired by Naville Brody’s work because of the way he uses a lot of geometrical shapes in his designing. The color and shapes work well together and is visually satisfying. I am very inspired also by the numerous jobs Naville Brody is involved in. He definitely shows his love for design.

Paul Rand

• Paul Rand was an eminent graphic designer. He was best known for his corporate logo designs such as ABC, IBM, and UPS.

I find Paul Rand’s graphic design logos very intriguing because of their simplicity and the use of the simplicity is eye catching.

James Provost

• This is a design of Mororetta Servizo by James Provost.

I admire the work by James Provost because of the color, the shapes, and how the whole image is balanced. The use of two different fonts is nice, the different shapes work well together and have a cartoony theme. It is very interesting how everything is so simple such as the shapes and the color, but then when you look closely at the cycle, there is thin, white lines of detail in the cycle. It catches the eye.

Jim Hsieh

• This is a design of Down With The King by Jim Hsieh.

I admire the work done by Jim Hsieh because of the great detail and very little color. He is only using two different colors in this image and they are both working well together by the way he blends them together and that the most important part are the figures when it is the boldest. He makes the image very balanced by using different random designs which brings the eye everywhere yet the figures are still the most important part. It is very fun to look at.
