Giving Instructions to Students Ringing Bell at Correct Time Conducting Morning and Evening Assembly Singing National Anthem Delivering Birthday Wishes to students Listing out historical events for a given day Presenting Quotes and Proverbs Narrating Stories with Moral Values Delivering Speech on Specific Topics Introducing words to increase the vocabulary Asking questions about current affairs Making the students to find answers for puzzles and riddles

Problems in manual

implementation of routine works

Accuracy in timing becomes questionable

Some of the routine works could not be carried out

daily

Lack of resources like DVD players to be used in large

number of classrooms

Clear instructions cannot be given to students

everytime.

In certain situations, lack of adequate teaching staffs

results in breaking of routine works

Information and Instructions had to be repeated many

times for a school with large number of class rooms

Students involvement in the routine work becomes an

uninterested work for them

The Collected Information & Instructions were well organised using a programming language namely “Visual Basic”.

A new software was structured to carry out the automation of our daily routine work.

That’s it! It was amazing to implement the new software
