The SolutionWorking closely with the client’sIT manager to ensure thecomplex information extractedfrom their database could beprinted on the four-page votingform, the first part of this time-sensitive job was completedwithout a major hitch.

The accompanying 32-pagebooklet needed to be clean andeasy to understand, whileremaining on brand andcomplementing previousresources produced for thesame client. The Coachwiseeditorial and design teamsworked closely with the clientand also their stakeholders (theirfinance team and external legalsupport) to ensure both parts ofthe project were brought to asuccessful conclusion.

The ResultsAhead of schedule and ultimatelyunder budget, bespokeinformation packs comprising apersonalised voting form and 32-page information bookletwere edited, designed,proofread, printed and delivered to the association’s1600+ members.
