PILOT ACTION 22 – The organising IRC provides co-organising IRCs with a package for external promotion

Objective: To facilitate the co-organising IRCs to promote the event. What has been done? The first brokerage event on Logistics and Transport technologies (in the scope of the Atlantic Logistic Forum 2007) has been used by SPRI for this specific pilot action SPRI. The activities were launched right after the Brokerage Event was registered in the BBS. The co-organiser is the IRC South-West of France, in particular OSEO Innovation Aquitaine and Chambre Régionale de Commerce et d'Industrie Aquitaine. For the purpose of facilitating their work, an information package was elaborated and sent to the co-organisers. Such package contains the following items:

Reminder on how the registration and profiles management process works (registration, technology profiles, update and validation, making appointments, catalogue publishing, deadlines, etc...)

Programme of the Forum or Fair in which scope the brokerage event will take place

Specific describing letter presenting general information of the brokerage event (venue, schedules, websites of reference, deadlines, participation costs…)
