Sub: Release of funds for Printing ofKishori Cards and Anemia Leaflets

Sir/Madam,

With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to say that, m

order to strengthen the implementation of non- nutrition component under

Scheme for Adolescent Girls(SAG) at Anganwadi centres (A WCs), the

Department has approved printing of Kishori Cards and Anemia Leaflets for the

eligible SAG beneficiaries at the Anganwadi centres.

Approved prototypes of the items to be printed have been uploaded in the

website of the Department which may be downloaded for necessary action.

You are requested to initiate the process of printing of the items following

due procedure at the earliest and ensure supply of the same to the Anganwadi

centres. All DSWOs and CDPOs are to ensure proper utilisation of the items

during their visits to the Anganwadi centres.

Funds will be released from MVSN for the purpose.

All DSWOs are requested to complete printing of the items and submit

report on the activity alongwith utilisation certificate and statement of

expenditure for necessary action.
