The Master of Human Kinecs in Sport Management (MHK SM) focuses on the understanding and applicaon of theory to organizaonal principles and best-pracces in the sport industry. Students pursue course work and a thesis or internship that examines the basic and applied principles of leadership, organizaonal behaviour, sport markeng, Olympic studies, strategic management and historical and sociological perspecves of sport. I chose the MHK at Windsor to help me reach my goal of a career in the sports industry. While at Windsor, my courses provided me with a diverse understanding of all aspects of the sport management field. My me as an intern and researcher with the Canadian Olympic Commiee allowed me to gain the praccal experience I needed.
