Select and fully implement Differential Response (DR) Model

Refine and implement the Statewide OFI (Eligibility) Georgia Re-Engineering Our Work (GROW) Model

Create a Contracts Unit to standardize and effectively monitor all deliverables

Development and implement a statewide intact call line for reporting child abuse

training to all mid-level child welfare managers

Train all child welfare supervisors using the “Putting the Pieces Together” program

Expand the Call Center capacity to manage all calls through centralized intake

Continue to support the development of the “System of Care” model
