Only history can acquaint us with the traditions, ideals and goals which have brought the Filipino way of life. This course also gives emphasis to the political system of our country. It makes us aware of the duties, rights, and obligations as a Filipino.

You are expected to demonstrate deep knowledge on the environment and Asian heritage of the Philippines. Moreover, it also designed for you to make a critical analysis of the condition and situation of the Philippines during the Spanish period.

Second Exam Chapter 11 - 22 Multiple Choice Questions

(80% of the exam)

You are expected to demonstrate deep knowledge on the historical facts on American colonization in the Philippines. It includes America’s greatest contribution to the Filipinos, the ideals of democracy,and the inauguration of the Commonwealth government.

Third Exam Chapter 23 - 31 Multiple Choice Questions

(80% of the exam)

You are expected to demonstrate deep knowledge on the condition of the Philippines after WWII until the centennial presidents. Moreover, basic background of our 1986 constitution will be investigated. This includes rights and duties of Filipino citizens, suffrage and election.
