Our partners, providers and employers

We will:

• Be a labour market expert – engaging actively with employers and agencies to maximise opportunities for our claimants, especially young people and the hardest to help;

• Proactively work with partners to join up local services for our claimants, leveraging better outcomes and maximising our performance;

• Support partners to understand Welfare Reform and its impact on their customers, and;

• Work collaboratively with local providers, particularly Work Programme and Local Authorities, to help us achieve mutual performance targets.
