What is my phone number?
All resort sites have the same area code and prefix of (520) 876-xxxx.
To determine your telephone number, take your space number and add 6000 to it.

Placing a call:

If you would like your telephone activated for outgoing calls, please contact Guest Services.
Appropriate phone and long distance charges are assessed to your account on the anniversary of your
arrival date.

PLACING AN EMERGENCY 911 CALL
Every site has the ability to dial 911 regardless of the telephone being activated or not.
When dialing 911, please give the operator the following address:

Internet Service
To ensure a smooth activation of your Dish High Speed Internet Service, please follow
these steps:
1) Call 1-800-454-0843 or 1-800-451-3650
2) Press #1 for English
3) Press #1 if you are already a Dish Network customer or if you already have an
installation scheduled.
4) Press #2 for new service.
When a Dish Network Commercial representative comes on the line, inform him/her that you
live at a Dish Network Commercial MDE Direct Property—Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort and
give the zip code of 85122 and that you wish to set up a DISH High Speed Internet Service.
DISH High Speed Internet Service is $34.99/month and there is no contract involved. You will
need a Broadband modem in order to use the service which may be purchase for $34.99 from
DISH.
When you place your Broadband order, your DISH representative will schedule your installation
date and time, and will collect your first month of service, and modem purchase, if applicable, by
credit card.
With over 14 million customers and thousands of orders taking daily, there are sometimes errors
made. Therefor, we recommend that you ask your DISH representative for their Operator ID#
and your new account number, and please be sure to write it down. This way, should you need to
call back, they will be able to locate your account and resolve any issue promptly.

Who needs a name badge? Badges must be worn by employees, residents, guests and visitors at all times in the resort. When is a ranger needed? You must be escorted by a ranger when entering a site, relocating from one site to another, when entering and exiting storage. Violators will be ticketed. You do not need a ranger when departing from your site. Driving through lots, empty or vacant, is not permitted. When is trash picked up? Monday & Thursday—please have your trash bagged, tied and on the curb before 8:00am. What is the Sewer & Trash Fee? There is a monthly charge of $30.00 assessed on the 1st of each month for annuals and on the anniversary of your arrival date for 1-6 month stays. What is the cost per electricity kilowatt? Nov. 1 to April 30: 10.5 cents May 1 to October 31: 16.5 cents An APS $11.00 service charge also applies each month. When and where can I get propane? You must contact Arizona Propane Company at (520) 836-8900 to set up an account or you will need to be at your site for delivery. Set your propane tank out in a visible yet safe area with the orange propane tag. Delivery is: Monday, Wednesday & Friday during winter and as needed during summer. Where do I get a laundry card? You may buy a laundry card for $3 in Guest Services and they can be loaded at either Guest Services or in the laundry facilities. The cards do not expire and are non-refundable.. The main laundry area has limited quarter capability. What are the swim hours for children? In season, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm & 4:00pm to 6:00pm. During summer (April-Oct 15), the Main Pool will be open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Swim diapers are required for young children and are available in Activities.

FAQ’s
Guideline Basics Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort is a 55+ community. The minimum age of the pri-
mary resident/guest must be at least 55 years of age. All other residents/guests
must be a minimum of age 40.
Class A or C motorhome, travel trailers and 5th wheels are permitted in Palm Creek
provided all units are at least 23 feet in length and 10 years or newer. Rigs over 10
years of age are subject to inspection and acceptance by Palm Creek Management.
Van conversions, pop up trailers, and R-Pods are not allowed. Exceptions may be
made for Class B’s who have a tow vehicle and proper hook-up extensions.
The speed limit in Palm Creek is 15 mph. All vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles and
bicycles must honor all stop signs and traffic markings within the resort.
In order to participate in activities or use the facilities, everyone must obtain and
wear their photo ID badges. Badges are issued in Guest Services upon check-in/
re-entry into the park.
Visitors are allowed a maximum of two 2-week stays (four weeks total) in a calen-
dar year. Visiting children, as with any visitor, must be accompanied by the primary
resident. Please observe the posted hours of swimming for children under the age
of 18: 10am—12noon and 4pm—6pm. Visitor fees and approval by the General
Manager are required for stays exceeding the maximum days allowed.
Pets are welcome at Palm Creek. Cats, dogs, birds must be in the designated pet
section at all times. Your pets must be kept on a leash of no more than 6’ in length
at all times and not left in an outdoor pet run or otherwise unattended. Residents
are permitted two pets per unit.
Quiet time at Palm Creek is 9:00pm—7:30am from October 1st to March 31st and
9:00pm—6:30am from April 1st to September 30th. Everyone is required to fol-
low these quiet hours. Site improvements and certain other kinds of contract work
are not allowed on Sundays or holidays.
Your neighbors appreciate strict adherence to the following rules and requirements:
Residents are permitted no more than two pets per unit. Please remember that not everyone loves your
pet! For the pleasure and protection of all residents, pet owners must be responsible for any damage
or injury caused by or because of their pets. Pets are limited to dogs, cats and birds. No agricultural,
wild or exotic animals are allowed.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when inside the resort. For the safety of your pet and our
residents/guests we require the pet be no more than six (6) feet from the pet handler at all times. Re-
tractable leashes are not allowed in the park.
Residents must clean up after their pets and use the receptacles provided. Waste must be bagged prior
to disposal.
Pets are allowed in the pet area only and should be kept clear of the common areas (service animals are
exempt). Special areas are provided for walking your pets. Please do not allow them behind or on
someone else’s lot.
Vicious or unusually noisy pets will not be allowed in the resort. Management reserves the right to re-
view the individual circumstances, such as training and history, with the owner of all pets allowed ac-
cess to Palm Creek where they feel it necessary.
Please do not leave your pet unattended. All pets must be kept inside the home except when taken
outdoors on a leash for reasonable outdoor exercise periods. Pets shall not be caged, fenced or left
restrained unattended outside the home.
For your convenience, there are nine (9) dog runs throughout the park; please reference a park map
for dog run locations.
Residents/guests bringing pets to visit in non-pet areas of the resort must keep their pets in the vehicle
at all times. Pets are not allowed to be run from golf carts.
Only pets current on their vaccinations are allowed to be in Palm Creek.
Management has the right to fine and/or evict any resident/guest not complying with ALL pet rules.
Management will investigate all complaints of non-compliance and issue a written notice of violation
where deemed appropriate. Violations shall be subject to a fine upon a second violation and eviction
upon a third violation at management’s discretion.
PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS, DUCKS, RABBITS OR STRAY ANIMALS!
These animals present a health and maintenance problem.
