Patient complains of loss of missing lower front teeth owing to severe gum disease and wants to replace immediately . we suggested to go for flapless immediate loading bicortical implants to replace the missing teeth
Single piece BCS implant placement was done in the same visit
Two BCS implants were sufficient to replace the
missing lower front teeth for this patient
Next day after the implant procedure shows good & uneventful healing around the implants
Permanent & more aesthetic zirconium bridge was placed on the 4 th day following the procedure .
